Prologue

 

Strength isn't how strong you are or how weak you are, it's how you make it, strength is what's in the dark.

The dark and shadows in this world no one knows about but I had first row seats to an attack.

I started hunting with a group that got attacked.

I'm the youngest but can fight but I also baby sit the boss’s kids, he introduced me to hunting and he has two kids, a girl and boy, he's eighteen but had a rough past, the kids love me.

He's the oldest guy so the boss.

There a totally of eight of us, six boys and two girls, I'm one of the girls.

My older brother hunts with me as well as my cousin.

We hunt with strangers as well but they aren't strangers anymore, we're all friends.

We find a lot of things in the dark even things that aren't in the fairy tales.
