-Eri's POV-

Ever since I met Kota, we became best friends. He'd always come and visit me, and we'd have an amazing time. He'd feed me, play with me, tell me jokes, and so on. Just like I and Uraraka would do.

Eventually, I spoke of Uraraka, and he questioned me of her. I ended up explaining to him what happened to her, and he stared at me in shock. He was called by Emiko, and that night, he ended up unleashing me from the chains locked on my arms and legs. We escaped together, and we made our way to Ochaco's cell. Since she was asleep, we woke the brunette up.

"Hm?" She mumbled, her heart started pounding in fear. "Oh, it's just you, Eri. Is great to see you again! Who's your friend?"

"This is Kota." I whispered. "We're gonna get you outta here. Well, we're gonna try and keep you safe." Her eyes shimmered in determination as an idea popped in her head.

"How about we all look after each other?" She smiled. Kota and I nodded, then we unlocked Uraraka's chains which were longer than my old ones. We ran out, and hid in a dark closet for the night.

Early in the morning, we heard a deathly scream echo in the deceased hallway. All three of us woke up from our deep sleep, and we hid underneath a bunch of ropes, boxes, and so on. After a few minutes, the door slammed open, and my heart started pounding like crazy.

"I fucking swear those bitches better be in here!" MShe yelled, her echo ringing in my ears. Tightly, I covered them, trying my best to block the pain. I let go, and I heard constant rustling. There was paper, cardboard, boxes, and other materials being thrown all over the place. I became more and more frightened until the rustling stopped. The shouting was back; all I heard was screams of rage. Eventually, it all stopped, and the door was slammed. We appeared from our hiding spots and waited for a few minutes until we continued to move. Then, we tried to find another place to hide from the eerie, crazy female. We searched almost everywhere, and nothing was secure or safe enough. Our hope was fading away with the dust flying in the wind.

After a long time of prayers and crossing fingers, we found a new place to hide. It was safer than a closet but not as secure as a door with over five locks. It was a massive air vent on the side of the wall. We had a flashlight we found in the closet early that morning, and we used it to move around in the vent. It was incredibly cold, but it was the safest place we could find/think of.

After what felt like days of crawling, we decided to open up one of the exits. We creeped out one by one, and we found a very formal bedroom. We assumed it was Emiko's so we looked around for anything suspicious. But the only thing we found was a journal, her ID, and a few keys. There was a gigantic window, and we looked out of it in suspense, seeing that it was about 6:30 pm due to the orange sky. We were trying to figure out how to open the window, but we were never able to. So, we decided to look around some more for interesting items and ways to get us out of here.

An hour passed, and we were still roaming the old, abandoned mansion. We made our way around, until we heard large thumps. We decided to try and hide somewhere close by, but there was nowhere we could cover ourselves up. The thump returned, but it was louder this time. It repeated over and over.

Thump. Thump. Thump.

My anxiety crawled up my spine, sending a shiver through my body. It got faster and louder, until there was a gigantic smash. I could see nothing but smoke and green lighting. I knew what it was, and what was happening.

Deku was here to save us.
