Chapter 22

-Eri's POV-

Deku and Uraraka went to Uraraka's room, so me and Eri stayed in the living room with Uncle
Kaminari and Auntie Jiro. Auntie Jiro is always acting like she doesn't like Uncle Kaminari, but she's not fooling anyone.

While we waited, we played games, told stories, and cracked jokes. My favorite was one Auntie Jiro told to Uncle Kaminari.

"Why did the chicken cross the road?" She cooed. Uncle Kaminari just stared at her, and mumbled,

"Why...?"

"To get to the oaf's house." Then, it was my turn. I rotated to Kota and joyously said,

"What did the shy pebble say? 'I wish I was a little boulder!!'" Kota giggled, then eventually Auntie Jiro's turn was next.

"Knock knock."

"Who's there?!" Uncle Kaminari grinned, excited to hear what the earphone jack user was going to say.

"The chicken." Kota and I laughed continuously while Uncle Kaminari had a look of defeat on his face.

After having so much fun, Uraraka and Deku came and got us. We went to Uraraka's room, and we were told that her and Deku were dating! I wasn't in shock, because they clearly love each other. Me and Kota were spreading joy for the two, as they got embarrassed. We ended up settling down, and I curled up in Uraraka's lap.

"Uraraka, Deku...I have a question for the two of you." I said out of nowhere nervously.

"What is it Eri?"

"Can I call you Mama and Daddy?" The two froze, and turned their heads to each other with maroon cheeks.

"O-O-Of course you can, Eri!" Uraraka exclaimed. Deku agreed. Kota ended up asking the same thing, and then we both called them Mama and Daddy.

That right there was the start of our new little family.

Note: I know the chapters have been taking forever to post and are really short, I'm just under a lot of stress lately and I'm starting a YouTube channel for animation so that's one reason but I'm trying my best!!
