Chapter 12

Hoseok takes a step forward and stands beside Namjoon. He places a hand on his shoulder and states, "We should really just solve this in a civilized manner. I'm sure we can work something out." Namjoon gives Hoseok a pointed look, which the man returns with just as much intensity. They appear to have a silent argument for a couple of minutes. Namjoon lets out a loud sigh and shrugs Hoseok's hand off of him. "We'll be handling this through conversation....." Namjoon says in a totally fake voice. Jimin stares at his brother as if he has lost his mind. Namjoon rolls his eyes and his hands clench into fists. "You heard the man," Jin states, "So, please, stop surrounding us...." The leader shakes his head and waves his hand. The men continue to move in on the group. "Yah!" Hoseok exclaims, "We don't want to fight!"

"I don't care what you want," The leader states, "I want revenge. I plan on getting it."

"Trying to make peace with this person is impossible...." Yoongi mutters. Taehyung shakes his head as he grabs onto Jungkook. The two stay close to one another as the men close in on them. Jin and Yoongi move to block the two from any danger. Jimin and Namjoon stand their ground, glaring at the gang. Hoseok takes a step back, trying to avoid one of the men that is mere inches away from him. "Just a second ago you said you wanted to fight," The leader says, gesturing towards Namjoon, "What happened to that spirit? Did it fizzle out because you're scared?" Namjoon scowls and takes a step forward. Hoseok quickly holds him back and looks Namjoon in the eye. Namjoon breathes heavily, but calms down a little. Hoseok stays nearby Namjoon, making sure he doesn't attack suddenly. "Ooooo, you're keeper seems to have good control over you," The leader states.

Jimin glares at him, "He's not his keeper!"

"Wow...now need to get all snappy. It seems like I struck a nerve," The leader says with a smirk. Jimin growls and glares at the leader. "Ignore him, Jimin hyung," Jungkook calls out, "He's just trying to get under your skin." The leader lets out a chuckle and looks right at Jungkook. The young man's gaze meets the gang leader's. "He's the youngest, isn't he....?" The leader mutters, "I wonder if you would all be willing to fight if I took him from you..."

"No!!!!!!!" Jin shouts. Chaos erupts in seconds. The leader points a finger at Jungkook and his men react instantly. Yoongi, Jin, and Taehyung try to cover Jungkook and keep the young man protected. Their efforts are to no avail, as the men push them away with ease. Jungkook puts up a fight and he manages to take down a couple of men. He doesn't last for much longer as two large guys grab onto him and pull his arms behind his back. The boys all freeze, not knowing what would happen to their youngest member if they were to do something brash. "Stop it," Yoongi says through gritted teeth, "Don't hurt him...."

"What makes you think I'll listen to you?" The leader questions, "Bring him here..." The men drag Jungkook, so that he is beside the leader. Said leader smirks and gently pats the side of Jungkook's face. He circles him, his eyes scanning Jungkook up and down. The boys all gather closer together, their eyes trailed on the youngest in the grasp of their enemies. "You remind me of my youngest brother..." The leader states simply, "It's such a shame that he died....I can only wonder if you will share the same fate as him."

Jin glares at him, "If you lay a hand on him, I swear..."

"You'll what? Fight me?" The leader asks in a mocking tone, "You finally found the guts to face me?!" Jungkook huffs and tries once more to get out of the men's grip. The guys holding him just tighten their grip on the young man's arms. Jungkook winces and stops struggling. "Ooooo....looks like the little bunny can't stand much pain," The leader says, glancing at Jungkook. Taehyung shifts a little, not knowing what to do. Hoseok eyes Jin and Yoongi, trying to make sure they don't do anything they'll regret. Jimin glares at the leader with a look that could kill. Namjoon's gaze moves back and forth, from the bags of goodies they stole to Jungkook. "I find it funny how much you care for this one...." The leader states, flicking Jungkook's temple. Jin flinches and gives the man a dirty look. The leader continues to speak, "It's clear to me that you want him back, so let's make a deal. You give me what I want and I give you what you want."
