//Ashton//

Hate;

Calum and Faye had gotten closer, which made me sick.

Before Faye came into the picture Calum and I were the ones who hung out; we were like best friends.

Jealousy may have been a selection, but I think hate was the word that described how I felt about Faye.

Even her name made me scowl.

I had plans for her, plans that no one would suspect from me.

Hate was running through my veins, my face beginning to turn red from the heat I was building up inside.

I wanted Faye dead, and I wanted Calum to be with me again,

No I'm not gay, but I want my best friend back.

//Calum//

I woke up smiling as I remembered what happened yesterday.

Yea I had made mistakes, but I'm glad Faye could forgive me.

My harsh acts against her in the past couldn't come up to the love I have for her in present time.

I ran my hand through my tangled hair as I stared at the clock the time being twelve forty seven.

I sighed and got up from my bed, walking into the bathroom.

I opened the cabinet above the sink looking for my inhaler so I could pack it up. I grabbed it then closed the cabinet, and In the mirror I seen something; someone I didn't expect

Marie.

I closed my eyes and opened them back up but she was still there.

"You've moved on Calum." she smiled

"I'm happy you've moved on."

Then out of nowhere she disappeared.

A tear rolled down my cheek,

My Marie was so beautiful, I missed her everyday.

Her voice was warm and welcoming, and her teary eyes were a light shade of blue, her brown hair fell past her hips the ends a purple color.

I remember the day I had to help dip dye it, god I missed that day.

She was only seventeen and I took her life away.

How could I have been so goddamn cruel.

"Ouch Calum your pulling my hair." Marie laughed.

"Sorry babe."

"It's ok." She said pecking me on the lips.

"Now you sure you wanna do this?" I asked

"Yea unless you think I shouldn't."

"I think it would be adorable on you, anythings adorable on you." I said poking her nose.

"Let's do this."

Then I dipped her hair into the purple hair dye, only the ends though like she said.

She smiled and closed her eyes as my gloved hands ran through the ends of her now purple hair.

We took her hair out of the dye and rinsed it with water. Then I helped her blow dry it.

The outcome was amazing, and she looked beautiful.

"Marie, go wash our car!" her dad yelled and Marie sighed.

"Wanna help?" she asked

I nodded and raced her through the front door, to the car.

She went to fill up a bucket with water as I got the dishwashing liquid.

When she returned we put the whole bottle into the water.

She began to throw suds at me, soon I joined in throwing suds on her too.

When we finished and the car was dry we sat on the front of it together.

"Cal." She said softly taking my hand in hers.

"Yea?"

"Promise me one thing."

"What babe?"

"Everyone leaves me, and I can't afford to lose you."

"You won't lose me then."

"Promise?"

"Promise."

//flashback ends//

But I didn't stay with her, i killed her.

And as soon as that gun came in contact with her beautifully pale skin.

I instantly regretted what I had done.

I had killed the love of my life.
