Thanks for reading! This is just something i had on my mind and wanted to share.
My opinion: One thing i've learned and am still working on is NOT COMPARING MYSELF TO OTHER PEOPLE. I learned that i just have to be happy with what im working with. One thing my Bishop used to say is "People always look at the reward without knowing the process". Things arent always as good as they seem when you look from the outside, I PROMISE. Lol. &What God has for you will be just for you. So please just keep that in mind.

Amineh
I was sitting on my couch nonchalantly switching through the TV stations counting down the hours until Micah got home. I was still a little irritated with him because of him not showing up for dinner last night. It just was not like him to not do what he said he’d do and lately that’s all he’s been doing. But at the same time I know he loves his job and is trying to make sure we’re taken care of.
I should be finishing up the research for my case but procrastination has been at the top of my to-do list lately. After switching through the channels for the last five minutes I finally decided on Discovery Channel.
I was just getting into Man VS Wild when my phone rang.
“Hello,” I said not even bothering to check the caller id on my phone, still intently watching the TV.
“Hey babe, what you doing?” Micah asked.
That definitely got my attention off of the TV.
“Nothing, waiting for you to get home watching TV.”
“So you’re not mad at me anymore?”
“Well, I don’t know yet maybe a foot rub when you get home will change my mind though,” I said playfully.
“I guess I can make that happen.”
“No you bette- TERMINATOR!” I yelled watching my dog waltz into the living room covered in mud again.
“What happened Mineh?” Micah asked sounding like he was about to drive over to the house right now.
“You’re demon dog just ran into the house with mud all over him again. I have to call you back so I can give him a bath.” I said trying to rush Micah off the phone so Term couldn’t do anymore damage. But once Term heard the word bath he bolted back outside.
“Be careful Mineh,” he said sounding worried.
“K. call you later,” I said hanging up on him. I spent the next thirty minutes chasing Term around having to stop every few seconds just to catch my breath. Even with my stomach not being that big, being pregnant was no joke. I used to be able to chase Term around with no problem, not I feel like I’m dying. I guess I could use the exercise though. When I finally caught Term, I had to drag him to the bath by his collar and it took another thirty minutes fighting with him to stay in the tub.
When I was finally finished I made sure to secure the back door so Term couldn’t cause any more trouble and returned to my comfortable position on the couch.
I was sitting down for a total of two minutes when I got this slight pain in chest. It was only a minor pain but I was still concerned since I never read about this in any of the pregnancy books. I wasn’t taking any chances I wanted to go to the hospital and get it checked out.
I immediately called Micah so he could take me. Even though he was at work I wanted him to take me to the hospital just in case something was seriously wrong or at least let him know what was going on. I let the phone ring until it went to answer machine. I left him a quick message and told him to call me back as soon as possible. He usually answers his phone for me no matter what he is doing so I tried calling again and again and again; and every time I got the answering machine.
