Killer walked outside to find Dream ferociously shooting arrows at an unsuspecting target.

"Woah, woah, woah!" He yelled without thinking. "What did that target do to you?" Dream looked around surprised.

"Killer, I-I um..." They stood in awkward silence before Killer returned to what he knew best.

"Your stance is off." She flushed in embarrassment.

"Sorry..." She mumbled, adjusting it like he'd taught her and shooting a bullseye. She gulped away a sudden lump in her throat and took a deep breath, trying to stay calm.

"So?" He asked, approaching her. "What's got you so angry at the target?" Dream searched for words.

"My brother. I don't know who he is anymore," She finally replied.

"No one knows themselves, there's no way to completely know someone else." Dream sighed.

"I know but... these missing people...what the hell is going on?" Killer sighed.

"Dream what happened to your brother when you were little?" Dream looked confused.

"What do you mean? Nothing happened. We were both raised for royalty, he betrayed us and ate all those apples and now here we are." Killer raised an eyebrow.

"Is that really all you know?" Dream, dropping her bow, ran to him and, grasping his hands in her own, asked.

"What am I missing Killer?!" He looked down at her, rubbing a thumb over her hands, he sighed.

"A lot of things Dream. A lot of things."

Dust flinched as he got hit yet again. Blue frowned at him.

"What's wrong with you?" She asked. Dust shrugged.

"Guess I'm just tired," He mumbled. She threw another bone while he was distracted and he was pinned against a wall. He lay limp as she approached him. She poked him in the cheek, frowning.

"What's wrong?" Dust sighed.

"Why did you kiss me?" He asked. "Back in the woods?" Blue looked surprised.

"Oh, um, I wanted to see what you'd do... You froze; I thought that was the end of it." Dust looked down at her.

"You remind me of my brother, you know."

"You have a brother?" She asked. Dust shook his head.

"I had a brother," He replied bitterly.

"What happened?" Blue's eyes showed her sympathy and Dust felt a bitter taste in his mouth.

"I killed him." The bone disappeared and he dropped to the ground, limp. She took a few steps back and he smiled bitterly. "That's what I thought you'd do. I'm glad you don't love me, there's no way you could survive me."

"S-Survive you?" Dust scowled.

"You think I wanted to kill my brother?!" He looked up, anger contorting his face. "No Blue! I went insane! I went insane and killed my own brother because of some twisted ideal about power! And what's worse? You remind me of him! Every little thing you do, every little thing you say is just like him! And it's not like it's stopped either! Night still has to lock me up every couple of months just to stop me from killing anyone else!" He took a deep, shaky breath and looked down. "You should probably go now." He faintly heard footsteps and sighed quietly. Suddenly someone had his hoodie and chin in their hands and was kissing him, deeply. His eyes widened in shock as he saw Blue's face close to his. Carefully he reached up and took her face in his hands, kissing back. She knelt down before him; his head moved down, following her and an arm snaked around her waist pulling her closer.

Horror pulled Lust behind a hedge and held her back against his chest as he peered around the corner.

"What is it?" Lust whispered. Horror grinned down at her and, letting her go said.

"Take a look for yourself." She peeked around and her eyes widened.

"Dust and..." She trailed off. Horror nodded, Lust grinned. "I ship them."

"Ship them?" Horror frowned. Lust shrugged.

"If you don't know it, don't worry about it." She ran back to the castle. Horror smiled and followed close behind her.

Blue and Dust broke apart. Blue looked up at him. Dust shook his head in disbelief.

"I-I-" She stammered. He threw his head back and laughed.

"You're almost as mad as me!" Blue smiled at him.

"Good. Now kiss me again or the next bone goes in your throat."

"What an empty threat," Dust mumbled, leaning down towards her.

"What are you drawing Inky?" Error asked, nuzzling her neck.

"Careful, I might love you but I still haven't forgiven you!" Ink warned. Error groaned.

"I'm sorry, Kiki! I'm sorry!"

"Sorry's not going to cut it!"

"Then what can I do?" Ink looked back at him. His eyes were desperate.

"Promise me," She said slowly. "Promise me you'll never betray me like that again."

"Ink..."

"Promise me!" He looked at her hopelessly.

"Ink, when Nightmare and Dream fought I had a choice. You or Nightmare."

"And you chose Nightmare." Ink's tone was cold, his was serious.

"I chose Nightmare because I love you." Ink shook her head in confusion.

"That doesn't make sense."

"When Nightmare retreated to the Dark Realm I had to go with him or there would've been war. The evil goes in the dark and the good stay in the light."

"You aren't evil."

"Maybe not Inky but what I represent is evil. Destruction. I am your opposite; we're not supposed to mingle. We're not supposed to be friends or..." He kissed her. "In love." She stood up.

"But that's not fair!"

"Nothing's fair Inky! I stay here, you stay there and when we have to fight again I might have to choose Nightmare again." Ink's eyes teared up and Error brought her into his arms. "I'm sorry it's just the way it is." Ink sniffed.

"When I have to go back, I want to see you again. Promise you'll be there?" Error looked down at her.

"I promise. Just promise me you'll be there for me." Ink frowned up at him.

"Of course I will." Error grinned and picked her up.

"Good. Now show me these drawings you've been working on."

Cross slipped through the castle halls following silently behind the two figures in front of her, a man and a woman. The man stiffened.

"Killer? What's wrong?" The woman asked. He turned around.

"There's someone following us Your Majesty," He replied. He moved quickly and suddenly he was behind her. She was too slow to run from him. "Cross?" He asked. Dream came around the corner. Cross struggled in his grip.

"Let me go, Killer!" She gasped. Killer looked at her confusedly.

"What's wrong with you? Usually, I wouldn't even catch you, much less hold onto you." Cross looked desperately at the two.

"Please, I need your help."
