Underworld Mirror_5: Selene

"Momma look, it's a full moon!" Pan drags me out to the balcony. She is such a spirit full of joy. "Yes Darling I see." She dances around me in a silly matter, her white curly hair bounces around and her blue dress swirls. "That means Momma is going to sing that beautiful song soon, right Momma?" She loves my full moon song, I guess it's because she was born on a night like this. "Yes Darling, Momma will sing it." She smiles so brightly, "Can I maybe sing the song too someday?" I smile down at my little angel. "Yes, I will teach you how when you are old enough."
She pouts while sitting on the couch,"But I am three, aren't I old enough?" I laugh at her cuteness she is displaying right now. I pinch her cheeks, "Not yet, Honey, but when you do you are going to sing it with mommy."
"And me!" Artemis appears from the background. "Arti!" Pan screams as she rushes over to Artemis. She mainly helped me in the beginning of Pandeia's new born days, Hera helped to, but I didn't want to burden her all the time.
"Arti, what is that over there?" We look in the direction of the underworld mirror.
Hades was here a few seconds ago so his door is still open to catch a glimpse, but you won't be able to pass, but you could still hear the screams of people and smell the burning corpses of the wicked.
Pandeia carefully gets closer to the mirror.
"Is it scary down there?" Her eyes did not hold fear and disgust, like most people do. No, her eyes shined eith curiosity and wonder.
"I suppose, we don't go there normally Pan." I knew this was going to be a very long conversation.
"Why not?" She pouts.
"It's Hades domain Pandeia, he won't let anyone in that he doesn't want there and that is most of us, even your Papa." She wanted to know more.
"Come Pan, it's time to go to bed. Arti will read you another hunting story." Pan always loves Artemis's stories when she goes hunting and a perfect distraction from the underworld mirror.
Pan rushes over to her room and Artemis follows her while giving me the stink eyes. It will take for hours for Pan to settle down now that Artemis will tell her stories.
I look back at the underworld mirror who is now disappearing. It was amazing how Pandeia was so interested in the underworld, not many of the gods are.

I walk out to my pond, and look at people, I have blessed a certain family, Damon's family. His blue eyes and black hair still rome my mind and his family is blessed with his traits. I have seen him become a great hunter, his son became a great advisor for the prince and soon king and his son became the best general and so this continued till one of his offspring became king. Now, in this time is great great great great grandson is now born. He looks absolutely gorgeous, "Again watching the humans I see." She stands next to me, "You know it's my job to find their soulmates, Artemis." She looks at me quite angrily, "Yes, but your love for one is going to be your downfall. You already have a child of Zeus and another one on the way, if you like it or not Zeus has an interest in you and maby even love you. Heed my warning Selene, don't fall in love with a human again. He will not take kindly to it." And with that she left.
The little one kicked as if it knew we are speaking about it.
Artemis words stayed in my mind. Zeus could not love me, he's only ever loved Hera, countless of passionate fling affairs he had for sure and Hera's jealousy made sure they suffered, but never has he loved another as he loved Hera.
My worries grew, Hera has been merciful enough to not cast her wrath on me or Pan, but with a second child, I am not so sure. I could only hope that she will show mercy again.
