(Parker's POV)I hardly remember the drive home. It felt like one giant blur. One second, we were pulling out of the hospital parking lot, next minute we're pulling in my dads driveway.
My dads house was small, but cozy. I remembered how it took me over a year to finally talk to them. After my biological parents death, I became silent, a mute. I did this because I was too scared of anyone finding out about what really happened, about him, everything.
It was when I had another nightmare that I started talking. They got to a point were I felt so alone and broken. When my real parents were still alive, Mom would always calm me down with Oreo's and milk. It always worked, and I wouldn't have nightmares for the rest of the night.
I remembered that moment well, which caused me to sneak into their kitchen to get a pack of Oreo's, and some milk. I got the milk first, and I remembered were Wade hid the Oreo's, since Danny couldn't stop eating them. They were on a high shelf, which meant I had to climb onto the counter.
I managed to grab the package of Oreo's, but I slipped and crashed to the ground with a thud.
My vision was blurry for a couple of minutes until I realized both Danny and Wade were on either side of me. They were asking me a lot of questions; "What happened?" "Are you okay?" "Why are you up so late? It's 3 in the morning!"
I looked at them for a while, before quietly muttering, "I-I'm sorry," I blinked in surprise at my own action. Wade and Danny were wide eyed, and silent.
I took that moment to continue. "I-I had another n-n-nightmare," I struggled with the word, it sent shivers down my spine thinking about it. "I-I wanted some O-Oreo's and m-milk, 'cause it h-helps m-me c-calm down. My-" I choked on the word, tears threating to come. " M-M-M-Mom use t-to bring t-them to m-my room w-whenever I got a n-n-nightmare. I-It always h-helped me c-calm d-down. I-I-I was just r-really s-scared, I-I'm s-sorry. I-I didn't m-mean to upset y-you."
They snapped out of their shocked trance. "No No No! Honey, were not upset!" Wade reassured. "It's perfectly okay!"
"Although," Danny said, picking up the pack of Oreo's. "I'm upset because you didn't invite me! I wanted Oreo's too, ya know!"
I laughed, which shocked both of them again. Wade started to cry a little, which made me stop laughing. Danny rushed over to him, putting an arm around him. "Wadey, what's wrong?" He asked.
"D-Did I do s-something w-wrong?" I asked, feeling bad.
"N-No! It's nothing," He said, his voice cracking, but he was smiling. He turned to look at me, and let out a small laugh, "I-I'm just so happy that I can finally hear your sweet voice and laugh,"
Hearing that, the tears finally fell at a rapid speed. I wrapped my arms around them so fast, they let out a gasp before hugging me back. After a couple of minutes, my dads took me to bed, but they brought the Oreo's and glasses of milk with them. We ended up having a little slumber party, so we could get to know each other better. We even made a awesome blanket fort. It was one of the greatest days of my life.
After 10 years of being with them, my heart felt full when I walked in the house. The familiar smell of pine and cinnamon filling the room. I walked over to the couch, sitting down, getting myself comfy. Danny, Wade, and Peter were talking quietly in the kitchen.
I waited for them to be done. I needed to talk to Peter, but not while my dads were still in the room. This needed to be private. I'm not saying I don't trust them, but they didn't know to begin with, and I'm not ready to tell them. Besides, if I told them, they'd call the police faster than you can say kryptonite, which I don't want.
Normally, I wanted to wait much longer to tell my dads, let alone Peter, but Peter's seen him, so I had no choice but to explain.
A half an hour went by when they finished talking. My dads went down a hall that lead to their room at the end of it. Peter walked in front of me, but did not join me on the couch. Moments of silence went by until Peter said, "Explain."
Stupidly, I asked, "What do you mean explain?"
Peter sighed, and said, "That yellow Bonnie--" I stiffened. "-- isn't anything like the other animatronics. You and I are the only ones who know about him, because I said it was Foxy who attacked you. If you think about it, he was the only animatronic the others saw activated, and he's the only who had a weapon at all times: His hook."
I tried to keep my face blank, but my fear was clearly showing.
Peter continued, "That yellow Bonnie, what I first thought, was like Foxy. A animatronic we accidently turned on. When he turned to look at me, his eyes seemed to be real. His eyes locked with mine, and he smiled at me, Parker. Smiled. A twisted, demonic smile. His eyes glowed a purple color, while holding so much insanity. That Bonnie was real, alive... human."
I was shaking, holding myself to try and stop.
"Some sick sadistic fuck dressed up as one of them, and attacked you, trying to kill you. Why in the name of heaven and hell would someone do that?"
"You don't think I've been wondering the same thing?" I finally spoke, tears streaming from my eyes. "I've been asking that question to myself for nearly 17 years."
Peter paled. "W-What do mean 17 years?"
I took a deep, shaky breath, and said, "This isn't the first time that Bonnie and I had met." I broke, and told him about the children, my biological parents, everything that ever involved him. When I finished, I sobbing so badly that my ribs were stabbing at my sides.
Peter was as deadly pale as I was. He rushed over to me, wrapping his arms around me. "I-I'm so sorry," He whispered. I sobbed into his shoulder, unable to stop. After years of keeping this secret, it felt like a hug weight was lifted of my shoulders when I told him.
"I love you," I whispered. Peter pulled away for a moment, before kissing me gently.
"I love you, too," He whispered back.
I started to sob in his shoulder again, not wanting him to let go.
It's gonna be a long night.
