(Parker's POV)A heartbeat thumped loudly in my ears. I was breathing heavily; my vision blurry. Images flashed through my mind: blood spilling on black and white tiles, arcade games, purple eyes, and a grin.
My hands tangled themselves in my hair; my breath getting faster by the second. I managed to make out the shapes of Peter and Valentina; their bodies and features only blurs of color. They seemed to be talking to each other frantically, but they sounded miles away. I couldn't make out what they were saying, only Valentina's previous sentence repeated in my head.
"A child was kidnapped at Freddy Fazebear's Pizzaria."

"Parker?" Peter asked, sounding so far away, even though he was right next to me. From what I could see with my blurry vision, he seemed to be panicking; his eyes full of fear. "Listen to me: I know what you're thinking. You need to breathe, okay? Calm down; it's going to be okay."
I barely heard him; I didn't respond to his voice, because H̶̫̞̠̦͇̘̫̼͐͛̐̊̌Ǐ̴͍͕̝̦͉̣͝S̸͉̱͊͂̈́͑ voice was overpowering Peter's.

I ran past Valentina and Peter, not in control of my own body. Running as fast as I can, I raced to the living room, turned on the TV, and switched as fast as I can to the New channel. The woman on the air looked upset.
"Breaking News: After we thought the threat was finally over, a child has disappeared from Freddy Fazebear's Pizzaria yet again," She spoke, her voice urgent. "7 year old boy named Daniel Franks seemed to vanish from his mothers view when he ran off, claiming he saw a yellow rabbit in the restaurant's window. The child has only been missing since this morning, but considering the numbers of other children who vanished from that restaurant before, the police immediately took action. They've scanned every inch of the restaurant, trying to look for the lost boy, only to make a shocking discovery: They found the previous children. Even though it is a miracle we found them after 17 years of disappearance, each of the children, I'm sorry to say, were found in the animatronics of the restaurant; their death due to Springlock failure. The police could hardly identify them because of how decayed and shredded their bodies were, and couldn't remove them from the animatronics.
"With the information of how they died and where they were found, detectives are trying to determine the location of the disappearing boy, to no avail. Daniel was last seen in red sneakers, blue shorts, and a white T-Shirt. So please, if any of you see this child-" An image appeared on screen of a boy with sandy, messy hair, and brown eyes. He was showing a goofy, lopsided grin; one of his front teeth were missing. "-Please call the number bellow, or your local police station."
The news switched to commercial, giving me the opportunity to shut it off. The remote fell from my hands, dropping to the ground. Tears were streaming from my eyes; both out of fear and relief. Fear that the boy was still in that cursed place; relief that I no longer have to hide. Relief that they finally found them. Relief that I no longer have the crushing guilt of lying weighing on my shoulders.
