Valorie stopped walking and faced them before they could go inside. "I have an idea."

"Oh no, what is it?"

Valorie playfully glared at Freddy's teasing expression, "I know a place we can go to test out some of Billy's powers."

The park isn't the most perfect place, but it's night and it should be deserted by now.

"Lead the way," Billy encouraged the brunette.

Once they got to the park, Valorie led them to the jungle gym that she used to love when she was younger. Freddy instructed Billy to use his newly found lightning abilities, which they told her about on the way there.

After a few minutes of them making sounds of astonishment and Valorie being trapped in her thoughts, they heard a scream.

Billy toned down on his powers as they all turned towards the noise.

In the distance, they noticed a struggle happening which prompted Freddy to suggest that Billy should take care of it.

His first time in the field. This should be fun.

"Hey, yo, bad guy-" Billy flashed away very abruptly.

I didn't see that coming.

"Hyperspeed? Check" Freddy shouted out to an astonished Billy as he ran over to meet him.

"I'd get so dizzy if I moved that fast," Valorie groaned just thinking about it.

By the time she got to the scene, Freddy and Billy were going back and forth about names.

Valorie stopped walking at the same time Billy shoved the guy away very far, with very little effort.

"Woah."

Freddy started listing Billy's powers, but Valorie was too unfocused to listen. If Billy had powers then does that mean he had to start fighting crime. He was still only a kid.

"You're almost as cool as Superman! Almost" Freddy's voice trailed off at the end as the brunette girl laughed.

The woman handed Freddy some money before she scrambled, talking about how she didn't see anything and to not hurt her.

"Thank you for your kind donation." Of course, Freddy would say that.

"No-no-no, wait, if you ever need any more help just look for the superhero that still can't fly," Billy exclaimed as the woman ran away out of sight.
