A Date to Die For

Alarm: "BEEP BEEP MOTHER FUCKER!!!"

I woke up and pressed the snooze button for my new alarm clock. I got myself a new one, simply because the shit that it shouts in the morning is brilliant.

Y/n: "God, this thing's funny."

I chuckled to myself as I had bought one for Issei as well, but I made it much louder. I headed over to where my weights were and sat down to do some reps. The weights were 10kg's each and I lifted them with relative ease. After fifteen minutes of that, I moved on to push ups; I didn't bother counting how many I did but once fifteen minutes was up I moved on to sit ups and I repeated that pattern.

Now I was getting ready for my jog when Cykran spoke up.

Cykran: "be careful, kid. That girl from yesterday is a fallen angel and you just got in the way of her and her target."

Y/n: "I could tell that she's bad news bears, but a fallen angel? Really?"

Nerolyth: "yup, she's a real fallen angel. And your little girlfriend is a devil."

Y/n: "you're lying!"

Cykran: "we aren't, Rias Gremory is a devil, a powerful, high class one at that."

I looked down and pondered for a second before coming to a conclusion.

Y/n: "I'm trusting you guys. But I don't fully believe you."

I headed out and jogged for half an hour, I passed a few shop owners that i knew, then I passed one of my favourite diners. The owner, Mr Yajima, was an old man that I've helped on multiple occasions with groceries and the like.

Yajima: "Y/n, how are you this morning? You look happier than normal."

Y/n: "haha, well I guess that's because I am. I've got a girlfriend now."

Yajima: "way to go young man! I knew that you'd be one for the ladies. Reminds me of myself when I was your age."

I chuckled and smiled at him.

Y/n: "yeah, I'll bet. So how're things going with you?"

Yajima: ach, you know. It's always the same, we really need some new staff though."

Y/n: "listen, one of my friends recently started attending Totsuki Culinary Academy. If you want, I can see if he'll come check the place out over the summer."

Yajima: "that'd be wonderful, Y/n. Thank you."

Y/n: "it's really no problem. Just think of it as my thanks for teaching me how to cook."

Yajima: "haha, right. so, anyways, who's the lucky girl?"

???: "that'd be me."

I turned and Rias latched herself onto my arm, making me jump slightly, much to her amusement. The diner Owner just laughed.

Yajima: "haha! She's a real looker as well, well done kiddo!"

Rias: "why thank you. My name's Rias Gremory."

Yajima: "it's a pleasure to meet you miss Gremory. Should I expect to see you two around the diner for a date soon?"

Y/n: "I don't see why not. It's a good atmosphere and the food's really good as well."

Rias: "well I think that'd be a wonderful idea."

Y/n: "so it's settled. On our first date, we're coming here."

Yajima: "Haha! I'm looking forward to it. Listen, I've gotta go help the missus, you two take care now, ok?"

Y/n: "sure thing, Yajima. See ya!"
