Kato

Nico's POV

Mizuko has been really having fun. She's getting the hang of dancing, but singing.. she's been struggling, but so are we and there's no need to rush. We have three years to get popular so it's fine. 

"Hey Nico."

"Yes, Sachi?" 

"Look." 

Students make room. It's like they're all royal guards lining up and making path for someone of high class. I couldn't be anymore right. 

The two girls walking down the hall are really making us look poor and weak. Yes they have the school uniforms, but I recognize those jewelries from anywhere. 

"It's the Kato sisters." 

"Kato? Who are they?" I ask. I have no clue who are the Kato sisters are, but oh my they are rich and beautiful- This has to be some sort of Hollywood movie. What if it is... They make their own school idol club and take my spot light?! 

"The Kato family is really good friends with the Nishikino family. The Nishikino is the founding family of the hospital here and the Kato family helped the Nishikino family to manage and grow as large as it is today. The Kato sisters are prodigies. Why are they here in Otonoki?" 

"Who cares. The real problem is that they will start their own school idol club and outshine us!" 

"Umm.. Nico- I'm sure people like the Kato sisters are least bit interested in being school idols. I highly doubt they would be school idols. I see them joining the band or student council club. Something rich people deem appropriate for their status." 

"I guess. How can you be so sure?"

"I don't know. Maybe the Kato sisters aren't so high and mighty. Maybe that's why they're here in Otonoki. Let's just be nice to them, okay?"

"Yea. Maybe they can come join us-"

"In your dreams." 

"Hey, Sachi! Where are you going?"

"Class. Where else?" 

"R-right. I'll be there with you in a few minutes."

"Don't be late." 

"Yeah yeah." Now that Sachi is going to class and everyone else is.. I'm going to follow the Kato sisters-

"Hello." One of the sister turns around. She has a heart warming smile. I judged her too soon. She's not the type of person to steal my spotlight- 

"Umm hi." 

"My name is Kato Wakako. This is my sister, Kato Machiko." 

"You two are twins?" Now that I get a closer look at these two.. yes. They're twins. 

"Yes. I'm older than Machiko by seven minutes." 

"My name is Yazawa Nico. You can call me Nico or the cutest idol in existence." 

"You can call me Wakako."

"And you can call me Machiko. Nice to meet you Nico." 

"Welcome to Otonokizaka. Umm.. question- why did you two transfer to this school?"

"We begged our parents. Private schools are so... lame and dull. They have such high expectations and a maturity level that makes me wanna jump off a bridge."

"Same." Machiko taps her sister's shoulder. "We've got sick and tired so now we're here! We just wanna be.. normal. I don't care about the wealth or image we have. I just wanna be me and have fun. Same with Wakako."

"Wow. I wish I had a sister same as my age with the same interest. Well.. I see you two no different from the other students. You're both friendly and cool so.. wanna join my school idol club?"

"School idol?" Wakako tilts her head. "Ohhh! That singing dancing looking cute kind of thing right? A-Rise and all that high school idol stuff?"

"Yes!" Please say yes. Imagine having the Kato sisters in your idol group! 

"Sure. I've been taking a lot of dance lessons when I was younger and Machiko has been taking vocal lessons. We both play instruments. I play the piano while Machiko plays the acoustic guitar. I think we have what it takes to be a school idol. Right, Machiko?"

"Well.. as long as it's fun." 

"Alright! Welcome to Love Heart!."
