Alisa's POV.

"So? How was the open house?!" I'm excited to hear from my sister! She helped organized an open house! Sadly by the time I can go to Otonoki.. onee-chan has already graduated.

I heard many great things about Otonoki though and maybe one day.. I'll become student council president! Just like my onee-chan! Although she's not the president yet, but in time she will be.

"It was alright though.. I'd expected more people to show up."

"Ehhh? How many came?"

"An estimated guess.. roughly 40 people."

"40.. That doesn't sound mouth."

"Yeah, but it was a good time overall."

"What were you dressed up as?"

"A vampire."

"What about Nozomi?" I bet it's a shrine maiden.

"Shrine maiden."

"Are you gonna go trick or treating? I'm going with Maika tonight!"

(Idk if Russians celebrate the holiday, but if they don't... pretend they do :/)

"N-Nozomi insisted me on going.. I'd thought last year would be my last year, but Nozomi really wanted to go with me this year. I couldn't turn her down. She's one of a kind and a really good friend."

"I hope you two have fun together! It may be your last time going ya know! Then next Halloween comes and you're both like- Ohhh we're too old for that blah blah! So make your last night worth it!"

"We're just politely asking for candy. Nothing so special about that and I have no clue how to even make it a good night."

"Jus have fun! Trust me! When you spend the time with someone you really care about- You'll notice a big difference with that certain day to any memory!" I know this best because of Maika-chan! I can't imagine my life without her!

Maika-chan is my best friend and she too is part Russian, mostly Japanese! We both plan on moving back to Japan in two-three years time!

I could've left Russia, but I could've leave without Maika! She's like a sister to me- I mean.. Ahem! She's a comrade! We share everything with each other!

"Be safe out there, Alisa." Onee-chan's voice is something else. I could listen to her talk all day long- if she's in a good mood that is.

I miss my onee-chan. I remember when she would come to Russia every winter seasons. We would go outside and play on the snow. We would drink hot chocolate and tea together!

Make snow sculptures! Many sculptures and even made snow castles. Ever since she entered middle school.. she rarely visited so I was very lonely. That's until I met Maika.

I consider Maika as my sister as well and she sees me as the same. I want Eli-onee-chan to one day meet Maika!

"Mmm! Will do, onee-chan! Take care."

"You too, Alisa. Remember to not eat too much sweets and junk."

"Yeah yeah."

"Ahem."

"I mean.. understood, onee-chan." I guess this time I was more polite :/

We both hang up on the phone. I'm waiting for Maika to arrive to my place. We're gonna go out together and collect as much treats as possible!

If there's ever a filler chapter- I would keep them short.
