Chapter 10- Jealous

Emily POV

My heart ached Every-time I saw Emma. She was with the new girl Gabriella, I don't even want to know if she's moved on or if she's upset, cause either way it will be me angry. Lily knew that we were not speaking so she is using me to make her jealous, and she's also planning for Gabriella to come to her group to make Emma hang out by herself. I also saw the facebook picture of Jared and Emma's date, it hurt that we weren't friends. I wish I could tell her how the bitches were, and how we could go shopping again. But I wonder if Jared told her about our one night stand.

Having already gotten dressed, I got my phone and I found myself in front of Emma's door. Her mum got the door and she looked better now, she smiled.

"You come to make peace offering Emily?" She asked me? I nodded even though I wasn't here for that.

"Emma's upstairs dear." She kindly told me. I smiled and then slowly crept upstairs.

I knocked on her door but she didn't say anything so I opened it. She was laid out on her bed with her earphones in, I laughed and remembered the times when she couldn't hear me cause of what she was listening to. My laughs came to a stop When she suddenly looked up. First she glared at me, and then her face softened.

I knew I had to do this in order for Lily to win the challenge, otherwise she said my dad was next. I was so terrified.

"What is it Emily, I don't want to make it any worse? " Our relationship she meant. It made it even more easier for me to do this since she practically excused me for making it worse,I could have come to say sorry.

"Actually, I'm here to tell you that the night you were at the hospital with your dad, me and Jared were together, you know he was there and we did it. sorry but I'm going to make sure he goes with Lily to prom. However hard it is." It wasn't true but it was enough for her to back off Jared so Lily could have him. Her face held so much emotion, betryal, hurt and anger. It was like I rubbed salt on a already opened wound. I quickly ran out of there before she made me cry.

"Emily, I made some cookies, co-" I ran out of the door and slammed it before she could finish the sentence. I sighed and went off to find my cousin, so I could talk about it.

Emma POV

I cried and cried. Tears just wouldn't stop coming. I can't believe we were best friends. Mum came in shortly and I quickly wiped my tears.

"I told you she would come round, you too are meant to be together." She said calmly. My face scrunched before I could start sobbing again, I didn't want to make mum upset anymore. I nodded since my voice would give it away.

She hugged me and I started to cry. I told her everything , and she comforted me. After her soothing words, it came across nobody cared. My phone beeped signalling a facebook request. Jared wanted to add me. Before Emily came, I would have accepted out of like but now I accepted out of hate and for revenge.

I quickly sent him a message and I added Gabbie. I clicked on Gabbie's page and looked through her feed, one caught my eye.

My heart sank, so last week Emily wasn't enough for him and my date wasn't enough for him. He had to have Gabriella aswell.

'Hey princess ;)'

He texted me. I couldn't be rude to him since we weren't really boyfriend ad girlfriend, but I thought the date would mean something to him. It wasn't even Gabriella fault because she didn't know we were together. So with force I replied back:

'Hey jayjay x'

'How wud ya like another date?'

'After gabriella, you want a another date?'

He didn't reply after that. I ruined it I know.

'That was to get to know her, mum made me since they live next door to us.;) nothing special why u jealous? I can sense you princess'

My face lit up with a smile. He always makes me smile, laughing to myself, I typed:

'Sure you didn't enjoy it? And me jealous? Careful what you say jayjay you never know I might refuse another date.'

'Maybe I did, maybe I didnt. But you enjoyed the date so you wouldn't say no to another date would you?'

'Looool ofc i wouldnt. Don't get to happy though.'

'Nice , i wont princess'

I quickly closed my phone and went downstairs to my mother. The house was quiet without my dad , he used make fun of us or laugh. I missed him but he was coming home next week.

I watched A walk to remember and fell asleep.

The next morning, I woke up at 6. Taking extra time picking out my outfit, and straightening my hair. I made my make up subtle and sophisticated. One hour and half later I looked amazing.

My make up was done to perfection and my hair fell above my shoulders stopping at my hips. My outfit consisted of summer denim. Dress that reached my knees with white high tops. My skin looked tanned and I smelt amazing. Smirking at my reflection, I went downstairs to see a note from my mum.

'Just went out to visit your nan, then Ill be off to work, behave!

I had some breakfast and went through my Instagram feed, only to see a picture of Emily with Lily and her friends. I clicked unfollow, and then went off to walk to school.

Halfway there, I heard a motorbike roaring next to me, I turned around to find Jared eyeing me up and down.

"Why didn't you wait for me?" He frowned.

"Wanted to walk, can I not?" I said mischievously.

"Come on , get on , I don't want people looking at you like that." I sensed some jealousy there but I took the helmet and got on.

When I got to school, I got stared at from everyone. This was so uncomfortable , I should have thought about it. Gabriella ran up to me.

"Emm you look gorg! But I'm soo sorry about going out with Jared, I never knew that you used to be together and then I just found out he was with Emily! Gosh I'm so stupid but it's fine really, I mean my- "

I just processed that she said that I'used' to be with him and Emily was With him.

"Wait, who said that Emily was with Jared?!"

"Lily just did why?"
