Troian's POV
I woke up the next morning with a smile on my face. Today I'll be living with my father.
I got out of bed and I changed into a dress and black flats. I'm such a girly girl. I curled my hair and put on some make-up.
I went downstairs and ate breakfast. I came back upstairs to brush my teeth. I put my curling iron and toothbrush inside my bag. I grabbed my suitcase and brought it downstairs. My mother is waiting downstairs.
"I'm going to miss you," She said. "I'm sorry for the times I've hurt you and I know you won't accept."
"It's okay," I said. "I'm used to it. I'm going to miss you, too."
"Have fun in New York and please stay in touch with me," Mom said.
I hugged my mom and pulled away. I smiled and waited for my dad to arrive.
I hear a car beep and I gasp. I quickly run towards the door and open it. My dad is standing right there, right in front of me.
"Dad!" I screamed, hugging him very tightly.
"Hey!" He yelled, smiling into my hair. He hugged me tighter. "Are you ready?"
"Yes!" I yelled.
I wave to my mom and followed my dad to his car. I put my bags into his trunk and closed it. I get inside the car.
I'm ready for this. I'm ready for a new start. I'm ready for a new me.
After hours of driving, we've pulled up to this huge house. I opened the door and shut it.
"Wow," I said. "You have a huge house."
"It's your house, to," Dad said. "You live here now."
I smiled when he said that. I followed him to the door and he opened it. It's even bigger inside.
"Wow," I said.
"Is she here?!" I heard a woman yell from the other room.
"Yes, she's here," Dad said.
I hear footsteps and two women walk into the room.
"Emerson and Valerie," Dad said. "This is Troian, my daughter."
"Hey," I said.
"It's so nice to meet you," Valerie said, smiling. "I'm Valerie."
"Nice to meet you," I said.
"I'm Emerson," She said.
"If you don't know," Dad said. "She's your real sister."
"Emerson?" I asked.
"Yes," He said.
"That's great!" I said.
"Let me show you your room," Dad said.
I grabbed my bags and followed him upstairs. We stood in front of a door and he walks in.
"Wow," I said.
"Is it good?" Dad asked.
"It's amazing," I said. "Thank you, Dad."
"You're welcome," He hugged me. "I think dinner will be done in an hour."
I nodded and he walked out the door. I laid on the bed and looked at the ceiling.
I think I'm going to love it here.
