Troian's POV
I walked onto the stage and smiled at the judges and the audience. I stood on the X and faced the judges.
"Hi," Nicole said.
"Hello," I said.
"What's your name?" She asked, smiling.
"Troian Bellisario," I said.
"Wow, that's a name," She said. "How old are you?"
"I'm eighteen years old," I said.
"Okay and where are you from?" She asked.
"I'm from Boston, New York," I said. "But, I live in Staten Island, New York."
"That's great! So, what are you going to sing?" She asked.
"Uh, I'm going up sing Listen by Beyoncé," I said.
The judges nodded and the music began to play around the arena.
I focused on the music and feeling. I imagined what's going to happen after this. Will they say yes? Will they think I'm good enough to compete in this competition? No one thinks I'm good enough.
I notice some people in the audience stood up. Some stood up and swayed their hips and clapped while doing so. I think their enjoying this. I want to be able to entertain. I'm doing a good job of it.
All of the sudden, I seen Simon Cowell's hand raise. The music stopped. Did I sing the wrong note? I'm starting to shake and pant. I'm starting to get nervous. Oh, god. Paula goes first.
"Troian," She started. "That was a really good performance and I hope I get to see more of you in this competition."
"Thank you," I mumbled.
"I hope everyone remembers your name because it's going to be around for a very long time," L.A Reid said. "Just a great and entertaining performance and we might be looking at the winner."
"Thank you," I said.
"Like Paula said, a great performance and you're just into it and enjoying! Good job," Nicole said.
"This has probably been one of the greatest auditions I've ever seen," Simon said. "The way you came out, to your performance, just fantastic!"
"Thank you," I said.
"So, let's vote," L.A Reid said.
This is the money where I could prove to everyone I made it.
"I'm going to say yes," Nicole said.
"Yes," Paula said.
"Yes," L.A Reid said.
"Well, Troian," Simon said. "You've got four yeses!"
I jumped up and down and clapped my hands. I screamed thank you and ran off. I ran down the steps and into the arms of my father.
"I did it!" I screamed.
"Congrats!" He said.
I gave everyone else a hug and we left to go home.
