Clementine POV
"Dinners ready!" I yelled, as everyone sat up from the couch and headed into the kitchen.

The table had eight seats, but we had nine people. I chose to sit with Louis on the stools that were behind the counter.

Everyone grabbed their hamburger and sat down at the table.

The table went; Marlon, Brody, Aasim, and Ruby on one side, and on the other side it went; Mitch, Violet, and Omar.

I took a bite of the hamburger and immediately felt sick, something didn't settle right, I usually never ate burgers so that's probably the reason.

Louis noticed my unfamiliar face and asked, "You alright Clemster? You've barely touched your food." 'I just won't eat, the hamburger is just unfamiliar with my body so it just reacts differently, due to me not eating them.'

We finished dinner, sharing jokes here and there, and Louis and I decided to clean up the kitchen.

"I'm going to run the the gas station at the end of the road, I'll be back in a few minutes, and then we can all watch a movie." Louis said kissing my cheek, which triggered my blush. I hugged him goodbye, and he walked out.

I went to mine and Louis's room and flopped down on the bed. I sighed missing Louis's presence, I grabbed Coco and just laid there.

Someone knocked on my door, "Come in!" I yelled sounding gloomy. Violet entered the room with a sad expression, "You miss him don't you?" I nodded as she took a seat on the bed.

"You really love him, I can just see it" Violet said adjusting the pin on her long sleeve shirt. "When you and Minnie were first dating, did you feel the same?" I asked. "Of course, I love her with all my heart, it's normal to feel so attached" Violet responded.

"I sound like a five year old trying to explain love" I said giggling. 'Nah, you said in earlier years you weren't ready to date, so this is new to you, but I'm glad you found someone who makes you happy as can be' Violet responded, smiling.

Louis POV
I didn't go to a gas station, I went to another Walmart to get Clem some stuff.

I pulled into the parking lot, stepped out of my car and headed into the store.

I went to the food section and headed straight for the small snacks. I grabbed a couple of Clem's favorite and put them into my shopping cart.

I went to the jewelry section and saw a matching ring set, it had both names and hearts that were the color of your birthstone, and the the tag read; 'Personalize in 10 minutes' it's perfect.

I went to the service desk and told the lady what names to put on it, and left to finish my shopping.

I went to the kids reading section and a book caught my attention and it was about a group of kids living in the woods in an old train cart, until their rich grandfather took them to live in his mansion.

Clem has always had sleeping troubles in different areas, so a story should be able to put her to sleep for tonight.

I went back over to the jewelry section, to pick up the rings. Surprisingly, they were ready in about eight minutes, instead of 10.

I paid the lady, and took the bag they placed the rings in, and went to pay for the items excluding the rings.

As I headed to the checkout a girl walked up to me. "Hey hottie" she said leading with a wink. "Listen asshat, I have a girlfriend" I glared at her, as her expression went blank. I hurried and scanned my items and sprinted out of the shopping center.

"Damn, why does every girl want to get with me. I only want Clem." I frowned as I headed back to the lodge.

Then it started to cool down, I knew Colorado was cold, but not this cold. But where it's only spring in Pennsylvania, it's still cold in Colorado.

I reached the beginning of the road that went up to the lodge and prepared myself for the bumpy ride up the mountain.

After about four minutes I made it up to the lodge. I grabbed the handful on bags and carried them up to the steps. I gently kicked the door to open it and walked inside.

Everyone was on the couch except Clem and Violet, Marlon and Brody had already went to sleep, while the others were awake.

I walked to the room Clem and I shared and creaked the door open slightly, she saw me appear at the door and got up from her bed, and headed towards me.

I sat down the bags and she wrapped her arms around me while putting her head against my chest. "I'm sorry I left, but I got you some things" I said pulling away and handing her the bags.

Violet smiled and spoke, "It's my time to sleep, I'll be with Minnie if you need me Clem." Clem nodded and focused her attention to me.

Her eyes widened at the bags, "Why did you do this? I don't spoil you as much as you spoil me." "Because, you didn't eat and it looked like you were having a bad day."

"It's that time of the month.." she said taking that bags from my hand. I nodded and sat down as she opened the bags, she sat the book on the bed and gave me on of the snacks I got her.

I pulled the ring bag out of my pocket and gave her one of the rings, they were exactly the same. After letting her look at it she gave me a smile as I slipped the ring onto her ring finger.

She hugged me and sighed, "Aren't you just the cutest." I smiled and grabbed the book and shifted myself up against the headboard of the bed.

She followed the same actions and put her head against my chest.

I began to read the story as I watched Clem close her eyes and fall asleep.
