Louis POV
After the canoeing incident I personally felt better, emotion wise.
It's hard to see Clem upset when she gets an unusual flashback from the past. She's gets so upset, it hurts. But she has been doing a lot better as of recently which I've noticed.
Even Lee gave me a call and thanked me for helping Clem. Aj gave me a text saying it, since he's not the best talker nowadays. I just can't believe my stupid ass self helps her, I grinned like a fool.
Clem turned my direction and kept staring, not caring where she was going. She caught my eyes meet hers, and quickly turned away.
"Aww don't do that" I wrapped my arm around her. The blush creeping up her face was not hiding whatsoever, "Cutie" I muttered aloud, not meaning to.
Clem was now a dark shade of red, "Guess I'm a real charmer" I smirked, earning a giggle. 'Of course, be-lou-ga' she smirked, "That's new, what's it mean?" 'I mean, it's a whale, and you tipped the boat so' she trailed off in an innocent tone. "Good one. But mine are 10x better" I smirked, as she rolled her eyes playfully.
We both got into the car and soon enough the others joined us. "I'll drive, you need a break" I insisted as Marlon got into the back of the vehicle.
Everyone settled back into the car after the interesting experience.
"Bitches I got tea" Violet perked up, 'Spill' Clem smirked.
"Aasim and Ruby are together" she nearly squealed from excitement. Everyone smiled, "Guess he finally stepped up" I said, jerking the wheel for a reaction from Clem.
She shot a glare at me, causing me to chuckle, "I know what I'm doing, ask Marlon if you're not sure."
Clem gave a look at Marlon, causing him to bust out laughing, "Well when Louis and I played baseball, we went to this country club where they had a bunch of sports activities and shit like that." He gave another laugh, "Louis and I had this membership thing that allowed us to take golf carts and drive them around, well we borrowed one and while Louis was driving and a bird appeared in front of us and made Louis swerve" Marlon was in tears by now.
I gave a smirk listening to her giggle, "I'm taking it you don't have a video" Clem questioned. Marlon gave a look at Violet as she gave Clem her phone. "Minnie and I always went to the country club, that's how we met Louis and Marlon, and Minnie and I pulled the tape from that day" she giggled.
Clem pressed play on the video and tried to hold in her laugh. Unfortunately, she failed and ended up in tears.
"Still had your dreads back then" she smiled, handing Violet her phone. 'Yes, and they flopped over my face every time the wind blew' I chuckled.
"Maybe we should go visit the old place when we get home, it would be a nice visit after all" Minnie suggested. Everyone exchanged looks, 'Sounds like a plan' Clem smiled and calmed herself in her seat.
1 hour later
"Okay, so tomorrow everyone has to get up, eat, and gather your things, when we reach home, everyone is going to spend time with their family and then we will head out the next day" Marlon informed us, while stepping out of the vehicle.
"Lou, cmon lets just settle down and relax" Clem rubbed her eyes sleepily. I headed to our room and changed out of my shoes and laid on the bed.
Clem pulled out her polaroid and snapped a couple of photos of us. She then pulled out a book with little dividers and stuck the photos in the slots.
"Photograph collection, I like it" I smiled at her. 'Well since we have so many pictures on our phones, why not try something new' she shrugged.
"We can do some photography shoots, I can look some places up if you would like" I suggested. 'That would be nice but I don't have a clue where we could go' she squinted her eye.
"I heard there's like a red wall somewhere near and that's where a lot of people get their photos taken" I said. 'Then we'll go there tonight, for now we can watch a movie or something' she yawned.
"You go to sleep, I'll be here when you wake up" I kissed her forehead. 'Goodnight dork' "It's evening time" I smirked. She smiled and closed her eyes and I secretly slipped her phone out of her hand.
I put in my finger print and scrolled through her blocked messages. A lot of guys asked her to date but she rejected every single one.
I put her ringer on mute and pulled out my phone and sent her some messages.
L: I love you
L: I know your sleeping but I just wanted to say hi baby
L: Did I mention I love you?💕
L: Also say Cheese!
I smiled as she woke up and I placed her phone beside her.
"Awake already?" I chuckled. She glanced at the clock, 'Lou it's been two hours' she titled her head. "Oh."
Clementine POV
We both got ready and made our way to the car, and got inside.
"It should be close, so it won't be a long drive at all" Louis glanced around. 'Then let's get moving' I smiled as he started the car.
5 minutes later
"Told you it wouldn't be a long drive" he smirked, I pulled out my camera and positioned it in front of the wall. 'I want one of you first' I giggled.
Nobody was around at the time so of course Louis had to be goofy, he struck a pose with his tongue out making me giggle as I took the picture.
"Your turn little girl" he said, taking the camera out of my hand. I went over to where he was and did the same thing he did.
"Your so damn goofy" he chuckled. 'Now we're getting one together' I smirked as he came over beside me.
"First look at your phone and read the last text out loud" he smirked grabbing the camera yet again.
I smiled at the texts and looked at the last one confused.
"Cheese!" We both yelled while Louis snapped a photo.
Finally I got a chapter out again, I'm in the process of moving houses so it's difficult but I'm getting back on track.
