A/N:

This chapter was actually written by @Salamansky for his side of the cross over...  but due to me using my MC's pov as my main one I am hard pressed to switch mindsets as it is not easy for me to do...  So thanks for saving me work buddy!

Alex's POV:

After the little brawl with Mini-Me, aka, James Phaedrus, I sit in the all-too-familiar interrogation room. I answered a lot of Commander Parrot's questions, and in turn, he answered some of mine. Apparently, he was a human like all the other "Pokemon" I saw excluding present company of my good partners Luna and Orion. You can imagine my disappointment when Mew turned out to be a kid the same age around me. I can't believe one particle explosion caused ordinary people to turn into a pokemon. What if my experiment would have resulted in the same way, I do not think that my father would be too happy with that. It's interesting how different yet similar our worlds are. Then I see Commander Parrot enter the room alone, and takes a seat at a stainless steel table, facing me coldly.

"Here's how it goes, you will answer every question of mine, and if all goes well, then we will figure out what to do with you," states Commander Parrot.

"Trust me, I don't plan on lying, I honestly want to get back to my world as much as I like it here with you," I say, sighing. "I mean I hate to be late for dinner."

"Good. First question, who are you and where are you from?" asks Commander Parrot.

"Easy, I am Alex Shard, and I'm from the Kanto region," I reply coolly.

Then Commander Parrot begins to laugh for some reason.

"What? Is it something I said? I'm telling the truth..." I say with an irritated glare.

"Clearly, we can tell you're not Mr. X, but I can tell that there is no Kanto region in the world, that is pure fiction in the Pokemon series..." replies Commander Parrot, still chuckling.

"Well, I am from a different universe, so I'm guessing things went very differently that led to this Pokemon-free world... So I can probably assume this is a parallel universe," I say conversationally. "I think I'll call it the Ultra Space, which is basically the space between various parallel universes."

"..."

"Hey, you asked," I reply, grinning. I'm pretty sure I'm getting into this guy's nerves by now.

"Next question, how long have you been a Mewtwo?" asks Commander Parrot as robotically as possible, but I can tell that he's itching to get rid of me. That's when my stomach growls. Where is the food? Hmm, when I get out I'm definitely looking for the cafeteria that I hear from Garett and the other Pokeumans.

"I can't say, but if I were to take a guess, I'd say around 48 hours?" I say, tapping my chin with my middle digit, which is totally unintentional since I only have three fingers instead of five. But I also enjoyed the flash of anger from Commander Parrot.

"Confirmed. Alright, final question. Are you claustrophobic?"

"What? That's a weird question, even for you Commander Parrot-" I begin to say before I am rudely interrupted.

"It's Commander Garett."

"Whatever, as I was saying, I am NOT claustrophobic..." I say, smiling. I actually am slightly claustrophobic, but I'm sure it doesn't make that much of a difference.

"Good, we've decided that you will stay in the base until further notice, make sure to be VERY discreet as students will not react to nicely to a walking Mewtwo," replies Commander Parrot. "You will stay in Room 665, with your "partners" Luna and Orion. We have also placed a new student with you to show you around, who will act as your guide."
