Getting to know Gavin

I saw Connor leave with Hank, I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get to talk to them, it's pretty lonely in here.

I saw Gavin head in my direction, what does he want?

"Don't listen to that asshole, that fucking piece of plastic is an idiot," Gavin said.

"You mean Connor?" I asked.

"Yes, Connor, the fucker that made you cry," Gavin said.

"Why do you care?" I ask.

"Cause you're just a kid and that tin can yelled at you," Gavin said, "He even threatened you by saying you're going to get in jail the fucker."

I didn't think Gavin would be so...sympathetic towards me. I was surprised, to say the least.

"Don't worry about it, Connor apologized and is being nice to me now so don't worry about it," I said.

"He better be nice to you," Gavin muttered under his breath.

"Why are you acting overprotective of me? you don't even know me..." I wondered.

"You remind me of my sister..." He said, "When I was a little boy and she was your age we would have the best of times together."

"That's nice," I said, "Older sister then?"

"Yeah..." He replied.

"Do you still have contact with each other?" I asked.

He paused, he looked really sad about something.

"She passed away, 16 years ago," He said.

"I'm sorry, I didn't know..." I said.

"It's fine..." He sighed, "I just really miss her."

"If you don't mind telling me...what happened to her?" I asked.

"There was a serial killer on the loose and he killed a few people in one night, including my sister. She was at home with her android, 1-year-old son and her dog. Her dog and my nephew went missing that night, as well as her android. That plastic prick was supposed to protect my sister and her baby but it put it's life before theirs," He told me.

"So the son's still alive?" I asked.

"Probably not, he couldn't survive by himself, the fucker that murdered my sister probably hid his body somewhere," He said with disgust.

"But why wouldn't he hide your sisters?" I asked, curious.

"I don't know, all I know is that that fucker is getting what he deserves, rotting in prison," Gavin said.

I nodded silently, at a lost for words, I had no idea Gavin had a sister...that must be why he hates androids so much.
