I adjust to the noise and make a feeble attempt to sit up but end up hissing and sinking down to my position previously

The doctors and nurses stare at me in utter disbelief

"B..but..h..ho...how" a doctor in a blue uniform questions in disbelief.

I'm very confused now to what's going on

"How what?" I question confusingly

"How did you survive?" He asks clearly for once

"I..I...I don't know" know it was my turn to stutter I couldn't tell him about my mom.,or everything he'll think I'm a nutcase and then I'm certain he won't let me leave hospital

He just nods confusingly

"Umm...once your stable enough your uncle will be taking you under his roof"

Uncle?? I have an uncle

"Uncle?" I question I've never had an uncle

"Uh..yes infact he's outside waiting he wasn't aloud in.."

I just nod hesitantly not so sure of what to say

As if on cue we hear people arguing the nurse excuses himself but soon returns with a man maybe a bit younger then my father but I'm not going any further he had short dark brown hair and is kinda tall...average

Simon glares at the doctors and nurses in a way that goes leave-now-before-I-try-to-murder-you everyone in the room seems to get the message and scatters out the door one by one

The last nurse gives us a finial nod then closes the pale green hospital door softly

My apparent 'uncle' and I sit in awkward silence

I'm brought back to earth startled when my 'uncle' clears his throat awkwardly

I decide to break the silence

"How are you my uncle,cause like I don't have an uncle..not that I've heard of..but like..um...yeah" I speak awkwardly

His eyebrows raise probably in amusement is my best guess but His eyes are hidden under his black sunglasses which he doesn't take off..okay then

He opens his mouth to say something but then shakes his head slowly and looks down after that routine he finally opens his mouth prepared for actual words to come out

"Well...I'm from your mothers side of the family we were extremely close along with your dad I'm guessing your dad cut me off from his life after her death...but I'm going to stop myself right there.." His voice now hold fury and some regret in it

The subject is getting touchy for me so I quickly change the subject

"So when can I..like...leave?" I question praying that it will be soon his head darts up at the question

"I'm..pretty sure today they seem like they are done with all the tests and stuff...so you should be able to go"

He trails off unsure as if on cue a tall doctor in a blue uniform waltzes into the room..like not literally but..you get my point

"Madison Davidson?" The doctor eyes me I just nod motioning for him to go on

"Your release date was going to be next week...but we've finished the tests..and so on,so we've cut it down to..well today just make sure if there are any problems to contact up have a lovely time Miss.Davidson!" And with a final. Nod he backs out of the room closing the door swiftly in progress

"Well...shall we..leave" simon questions impatiently "you know because you don't have anything to pack.."

I just nod unable to speak

We wander through the white and dull hospital hallways until finally we reach the front door
