It's been a week since Dean and I had a moment in the hallway.

I've been locked in this old house since. If Dean or Crowley leave they have a demon stand guard at my door.

As I sit by the big bay window of the room Crowley said I could use. There's a knock at the door. "Come in." I say. As the door opens, Dean walks in.

"Hey how are you doing today?" He asks sitting at the window next to me. "Besides being stuck in this room fine I guess." I say.

He sits and runs a hand through his hair. Something is on his mind but I doubt he'll say anything. "Look Dean I need to call Sam. To at least tell him I'm ok." I say hoping he'll understand.

His green eyes look at me, "I'll run you to a payphone. I know how Sam can be, but I'll be right there with you." I nod thankful that he's even letting me make the call.

"Ok sounds good. Thanks." I say and with that he leaves my designated room.

An hour later Dean comes back, "Ready?" He asks. I nod and follow him down the stairs and out the door.

I climb into the passenger side of the impala. God I love this car. Dean starts the car and turns on some classic rock.

As we head down the dirt road that appears to lead no where, I catch myself staring at Dean as he drives.

He looks so sexy with one arm on the steering and the other hanging out the window while he stares intently at the road ahead.

Occasionally he rests his left hand on his chin. Why am I staring at this demon succumbed man? I can't stand the silence, I mean don't get me wrong the sweet sounds of Robert plant crooning the words to 'whole lotta love' is great. But I need human conversation.

"Dean, whats it like?" I ask. He looks over at me and turns back to the road. "What? Being a demon?" I nod.

He shakes his head, "It's different. Freeing I guess. But..." He stops there. I look at him, spending the past week with him I learned a lot about him. We drive a ways away from the house to make sure Sam and Castiel won't be able to track us back. "Dean?" I say touching his arm and he moves away from my touch as if my hand was soaked in holy water.

"Look Dean if I made you angry I'm sorry. I was just curious." I say looking out my window. Seconds later I feel his hand on mine, I welcome his touch by turning my hand around to clasp our hands together. "I'm not mad. It's like I said earlier, something about you makes me feel human again. Like I have a normal soul, because we all know mine is twisted to hell now." He pulls over into an old motel and he continues, "When you were dancing that night, I looked into your eyes and felt something inside me ignite. Like I was me."

He has shifted so he is now facing me, "I don't really know what to say Dean." He takes a deep breath, "You don't have to say anything, I know you don't want a relationship with a hunter turned demon." When he said this I saw sadness in his eyes. I just nod not knowing what to say and he points to a payphone by the main office, I get out and look back at him. "Are you coming?" He shakes his head, "I trust you." I believed him.

I reach the payphone and dig in my pocket for change. Once I put the money in I dial Sam's number.

After three rings he picks up, "Hello?" His groggy voice answers. "Sam. It's Olivia." I hear sheets ruffling. "Olivia! Are you Ok? Where are you? Is Dean alive?" He said in a hurried breathless voice. "Sam I'm fine. I can't tell you, because I don't know. Dean's alive in his own way." I say looking back at Dean in the impala.

"Olivia are you really Ok?" He says in a more worried, brother like tone. "Sam, I'm fine I swear. Ok I'll call you again in a week, Ok. Until then look for a way to get rid of the Mark of Cain or repair a soul anything. We have to save Dean." I hung up quickly and got in the car. Dean starts the car and drives further down the road to a bar.
