A week later and I'm still at Dean and Crowley's house. I have a little more freedom around the house now.
Dean took me yesterday to a different payphone to check in with Sam. Crowley still doesn't like that I'm here but he tolerates it.
I have to admit that since Dean and I shared a rendezvous at the hotel, I haven't stopped thinking about it. Even though I barely remember any of it, I wouldn't mind a reminder.
My daily routine is now a hearty breakfast, made by a nice old lady Crowley bribed, and a crossword in the paper. Then it's back to my room.
Dean walks in while I'm just finishing breakfast. "Hey Dean." I say getting up and putting my dishes in the sink. "Hey." He says with a grin. The kind of grin that gives you a tingly feeling.
"What's the plan for today?" I ask. "I was thinking we go on a hunt together."
He wants to go hunting with me? Why? What would we hunt? Humans or monsters? I shrug not really knowing what to say. "Ok one I want to see how well of a hunter you are. And two there's a pack of werewolves about an hour outside of town that are becoming a pain in my ass." Dean says just as Crowley comes in, "Hello Livy, Deanie boy." He looks at us both and laughs, "My my so much sexual tension. Didn't you two fix that?" He says.
Dean laughs and I feel my cheeks begin to heat up. "Nope no sexual tension here." says Dean looking at me, "I don't even remember that night for one, and I don't even find Dean attractive." I stutter out. They both look at each other and begin to laugh hysterically.
"Oh honey you find me very attractive." Dean says with a smirk. "Don't be so full of yourself, jackass." I say and head up to my room.
Slamming the door behind me, I think back to when things were easier by myself. I miss those days. No hunter turned demon, no king of hell, and no damn confusing feelings. The truth was I did find Dean attractive, very attractive but I also felt it was wrong to have these feelings about a demon. There's a soft knock on my door. Opening the door, there stands Dean.
"What?" I ask. He slips in past me and sits on my bed. "Sorry I embarrassed you." He says innocently.
I shut the door and sit at the desk across from him. "You didn't." I say. He leans forward resting his elbows on his knees flashing those black eyes once more.
"Uh huh then why did you run up here slamming your door?" looking back at his coal soaked eyes, "Felt like letting Crowley think he got to me." I say as his eyes go back to his sexy green ones.
"Ok we'll go with that. About the hunting thing you want to go or not?" I sigh and think a minute, "How are they becoming a pain in your ass?"
Rubbing his hand down his face he clears his throat, "Well we had an agreement that they would stay outside of town and they haven't done so." He finishes.
"Ok. Let's go." I say grabbing my boots and slipping them on. "Come on!" I nudge him opening my door. He stands and walks towards me he stops just in front of me. Running the back of his index finger down my cheek sending chills through my body. "You're so eager, It's sexy." He says.
He walks out and if I hadn't been standing against the door frame, I would have fallen. I quickly regain my strength and follow him.
An hour later, we're stalking around the edges of a field. In the middle is a group of scattered tents. "Where are they?" I say to Dean as we kneel on one knee. He shrugs and goes to stand up but stops as a car pulls up. Dean motions for me to sush. We watch as Sam and Castiel emerge from the car. I look at Dean and see his eyes turn black with hate.
I hear Sam say something about focusing on other cases until a lead comes up about me or Dean. "Dean we should go." I say and he stands, "No lets have some fun." He states walking out into the open.
