I woke up the next morning with a pounding headache. I slide out of the uncomfortable prison like bed and check on Jackson, he's sound asleep. I enter the cold hallway, Addy's door is still closed. I head down the hall and see that Dean's light is on. I see him sitting on the edge of his bed, "Dean." I say leaning by the door. He looks up, "Hey come in." He says. I saunter in and lean against his desk. "How are you?" I ask him. He runs a hand down his face and leans on his knees. "I, I don't know. I mean I feel fine. But something is off." He says. I nod and let out a breath, "What are you even doing up, It's late." Dean asks me. "Oh I woke up to a pounding headache, I was just on my way to look for some aspirin." He stands up and walks towards his dresser, "I got some." I wal over to him and he almost runs right into me when he turns around, his breath hitched slightly. "Um, Here. Two should do it." He says handing them to me. I pop them into my mouth and reach around him for his glass of water on the nightstand.

"Thanks." I say. "You're welcome." He says. I sit on his bed and look up at him. "Oh my god. This bed is so soft. Is this memory foam?" I say pushing down on the heavenly mattress. "Yeah, It remembers me and now you." He says with a wink. I get this feeling like we're starting fresh, just meeting for the first time. I guess in a way we are. "Look I'm going to try and get some shut eye. I'll see you tomorrow." He says. I walk towards the door but stop and turn around. "Dean, are you ok? Why are you so eager to get me out of your room?" I ask. "Because I don't know you really. I mean when you think about it. I'm not the same guy you fell in love with." He says.

I look at him dumbfounded, "Dean, the demon you was a royal asshat, and when we got a glimpse of the real you, I fell in love with you more." I tell him walking closer to him. "How? How did you know what was the real me? You didn't know me before?" He asks. "Sam, I knew when Sam's face would lose that tough tiresome look and he would smile and laugh like he was a kid. Now stow your shit, and buck up. I'm not gonna sugar coat this for you, I'm not fucking willy wonka." I say placing my hands on his hips. He gives me a sly smile and chuckles. "Well now aren't you a pistol." He says and I just eye him. "Ok why'd you comment on my bed?" He asks eyeing me as if I had ulterior motives. "Because mine is like a prison mattress." I respond.

I walks towards me and shuts the door behind me, "Come on you can sleep on my bed, I probably can't sleep anyway." He says pulling down his blankets, so I can lay down. I climb in and pull the covers up to my chest. He sits in his chair, "Hey can you at least lie here with me?" I ask him. He smiles and slides in beside me. He positions himself so he's propped up against the wall, when he settles I scoot close to him and lay my head on his stomach. My eyes became heavy and I drifted off to sleep.

I wake up to a sleeping Dean with his head cocked to the side in, what looks like a very uncomfortable position. I slip out and quietly close the door behind me. I run right into Sam, I look up and see him standing there with a knowing smile. "How is he? He asks. I grab his arm and we walk towards the kitchen. "He's fine. So he says." We make a turn down a hall when Sam stops, "But you don't think he is?" He asks. Before I can answer we hear a sound from behind us. We both instinctively grab for a weapon from our side that isn't there at the moment and position one ear in the direction of the sound. "Is that you Dean?" Sam asks down the empty hallway.

His voice echoes, then we hear giggles. We round the corner we just turned and see Jackson running with Dean behind him with hands out and the biggest smile on his face. I can't help smile myself. Jackson hides behind Sam's legs, Dean stands up straight and his smile fades into an embarrassed grin. "He came into my room and woke me up with a slap to the gut." He says. Sam goes to pick up Jackson and he shouts, "Daddy!" And runs to Dean. Dean lifts him up and kisses the top of his head. Seeing him give Jackson affection like that truly warms my heart. We all head to the kitchen where Addy is sitting at the table with a bowl of cereal in front of her.

"Hey guys! That weird dude in the trench coat is in the study." She says. We all look at each other, and bolt to the study. When we reach it there's Castiel sitting at the long table. We all stand still staring at him. "Cas where have you been?" Sam asks. He steps forward, "I went to look for answers about why I couldn't see Dean. I wasn't able to find a conclusive reason, but I can see him now and I'm glad he's back to being Dean." Castiel finishes with a sincere smile. "So what you had a glitch in your angel vision or something?" Dean asks. "Or something, yes." Castiel responds.

Dean sets Jackson down and rushes to Cas and hugs him tightly in that infamous bro hug. "Man, Cas is it good to see you." Dean says. "Yes, same here Dean." Cas returns the kind words. "Hey why don't we have a good old fashioned movie night. You know, no bad guys, no worries, just a night in with a good movie." I say. "I don't know, I found a few low key cases. We should check 'em out." Sam says. I roll my eyes, "Come on, Sam. Please." Addy pleads from behind us. He nods reluctantly. "Alright fine but no chick flicks, or new agey crap." Dean demands. "Fine you guys pick it out and Addy and I will go feed the food monger and get some popcorn ready." I say picking up Jackson, who's gotten very heavy.

Addy and I walk into the kitchen and she stops and hops onto the counter beside the fridge. "So, is, Dean like cured, now?" She asks me. Jackson plays at her feet while I look in the fridge for food. There isn't a whole lot Jackson can have, I'll have to make a run later. "Well I hope so. The demon version of him was a real ass. Last night he was so.." Addy cuts me off, "I don't wanna hear it." She says covering her ears. I pull out some eggs and figure I'll whip up some scrambled eggs for little man. "Oh stop. Nothing happened. It was like we just met for the first time." I say. Having Addy around was nice, even though we barely know each other, We get along like we've known each other our whole life.

"Hey Olivia?" She asks as I lift Jackson to the table and sit beside him handing him his eggs. "Yeah." She walks over to sit across from me, "Is there a chance we can get some cake later this week?" She asks. "I don't see why not, Is it your birthday or something?" I say. She hides her face with her long brown hair, "Yeah." She says sheepishly. "Oh well then of course we can. I'll see if it's safe to go to a mall or something. Ok." I say. She smiles widely and grabs the bowls of popcorn she popped. "Well lets go see if the guys picked out a decent movie." I say cleaning up Jackson's mess before letting him down.

We enter the study and see the Dean, Sam, and Cas all staring at a projector screen as a three stooges film plays. Dean belts a hearty laugh as Moe hits Curly and vice versa. We bring over the popcorn filled bowls, Addy sits beside Sam kicking her feet up on the table. I go to sit beside her, but Dean waves me over to sit with him. Jackson tugs at Castiel's coat and he awkwardly picks him up. "Whoa you've gotten quite heavy." He states resting Jackson on his lap.

I sat in the chair in front of Dean and he taps my shoulder. I turn to face him and he pulls my chair closer and pulls me by my shoulders back against him. "Comfy?" He asks resting his hands on my waist. "Yeah. You?" I return the question. "Of course." He replies. We watch as three grown men banter back and forth. I twist my fingers with Dean's and realize this will probably be the only time we all sit and relax, because by tomorrow we'll be tracking down Crowley.
