Florence tried to find an even more powerful memory. That's when it hit her a memory kept coming back to her so she decided to use it.
"Expecto petronum!" She yelled. With that the blue mist appeared again but something started to push through it this time. She looked closely and saw a cat swirling around. It pranced around the room then disappeared again.
Casey ran up and hugged her. "You did it! You really did it, most people can't do it over the course of their life and yet you did it on your second try. What were you thinking about?"
Casey helped Florence sit down since it had taken a lot out of her, "James I was thinking of James and earlier."
"Wow so you really truly love him." Casey said sitting back on the couch next to her.
"I guess so..." Florence answered slightly scared that she cared so much about him already. She thought back to the animal her patronus had taken. A cat? Florence wasn't a cat fan, they usually got on her nerves. Florence thoughts were interrupted by Casey's talking.
"Florence we're gonna need help the two of us can't do this alone." The two looked at each other for a moment before Florence spoke.
"What about James, Lily, and Bradie? James is an amazing in defense against the dark arts I've heard and have you seen lily? She is very talented when it comes to hexes and spell casting in general. Also Bradie can make any potion necessary." Florence told Casey.
"Ok, then let's go get them."

{time skip}

"Wait, so let me get this straight. Your mother was taken by what you think was dementors who are working for someone evil or something and you need our help to save her? And in order to do that we have to learn how to cast a patronus?" James ask sitting on the couch in the room of requirements.
"Exactly." Florence said. "So do you wanna help us?"
"Uh, obviously. Why wouldn't we?" Lily said.
Bradie and James just nodded in agreement.
"Ok well let's get started. Everyone get up and spread out." Florence said. "Casey you can do it too since you didn't get to try it earlier. Now close your eyes and think of the happiest memory you possibly can."
Florence walked around the people in the room watching a few of them have smiles appear on their face after she gave them the last instructions.
"Now focus only on that memory and nothing else and cast the spell. "Expecto patronum."
One by one each of them said it. Florence watched on enthusiasticly. Lily's wand shot out the same mist as Florence's wand had the first time. Nothing even happened to Bradie. Florence then took a look in James direction to see a dog running around, a husky to be exact. She laughed to herself a little which caught he attention of James.
"What?" He said smiling at her.
Under her breath Florence whispered "Expecto patronum." A cat flew out of her wand prancing around the room once more catching the attention of the dog. The husky then continued to chase it around the room until they both disappeared into nothing again. James walked up to Florence and their bodies touched. Florence leaned against him and spoke.
"It makes sense now, earlier Casey told me sometimes people's patronus can go with someone else's. When I cast my I was really confused to why it was a cat sense I'm not a huge cat fan. But with your being a dog everything goes together."
"I don't get it." James said looking down into her eyes.
She looked back up at him. "You've been chasing me since the first time you saw me. Now your patronus is chasing mine around because the relationship between dogs and cats is a love, hate relationship. Sometimes you'll find them nuzzled up together somewhere or you'll find them chasing each other around, sorta like us."
Their moment was quickly interrupted by a happy lily yelling for everyone to look.
"My patronus is a bunny! Oh, this is so cool. I can't believe I even did it." Florence laughed at the young girl watching her patronus hop around the room in aww.
She felt an arm around her shoulder and looked over to see James beside her again. She put her arm around his waist and glanced in the direction of Casey and Bradie. Casey looked like she was helping Bradie so she guessed she had already gotten her patronus to appear.
Bradie made another attempt and failed. He looked down in despair and in that moment Casey grabbed his hand and said something to him. Florence could see them talking but couldn't hear the words. Then out of nowhere Casey got on her tip toes and kissed him. Not just like a peck on the lips, like she actually kissed him.
Florence couldn't stop the smile that spread across her face, she gripped James a little harder. Bradie made another attempt and at that moment a beautiful tiger shot out his wand. It was so fierce yet calm.
This day was going so much better than Florence had thought it would
