Chapter 19

Today in the games was going to be a turn of events when Elfman instead of Erza goes against Bacchus. Rather than watching the match Y/N was visiting with Wendy.

"How are ya doing kiddo?" Y/N smiled.

"I'm feeling much better thanks to Porlyusica!" Y/N chuckled.

"Well I'm glad," Y/N could see Wendy begin to yawn so she stood up dusting off her clothes. "Get some rest okay Wendy," Wendy nodded closing her eyes slowly falling asleep. Y/N walked out of the infirmary back to the balcony with her team. She sat by Gajeel, his arm automatically wrapping around her waist pulling her body closer. A smile grew on her face as he inches closer to her. Her eyes wandered past the arena looking across at Ravel Tail. She rose a brow seeing a new member that she didn't recognize. The woman who stood by Flare had short white hair with bangs that stopped above her eyebrows. Her dark blue eyes glared down at the arena as she watched Elfman. Her long dark blue nails were soon hidden as she balled her fist seeing Elfman winning. Y/N never looked away from her as the woman looked up making eye contact. The two shared looks of disgust with each other. The woman by Raven Tail slowly smirked looking at Y/N.

"Y/N!" Y/N gasped as Gajeel slightly shouted into her ear. "Geez I've been calling your name, something up?" Y/N grumbled.

"Whoever that girl is with Raven Tail I don't trust her." Laxus scoffed.

"Yeah she seems like a real pain doesn't she?"

"Who is she?" Mira asked walking over after watching her little brother's victory. Gajeel groaned.

"The girl's name is Victoria, when I was a double spy for the old geezer she was joining the Raven Tail guild saying that all she wanted to do was help Ivan defeat Fairy Tail." Lily walked over with his arms crossed.

"Is she a threat?" Gajeel glared at Victoria. She smiled at Gajeel evilly before sending a wink then blowing a kiss. Gajeel's eyes widened as Y/N snarled at the white headed girl. She glared at Victoria and a low growl could be heard from the 'Ice Queen'.

"She's about to be threatened." Y/N spat. Gajeel rolled his eyes.

"Yeah she is a threat and you're the last person I want fighting her got it?" Y/N looked back at him confused.

"Why not?"

"She gets in your mind, once she's in there's no way of kicking her out. That's why I stopped sneaking over for information she knew and if I stayed longer she was gonna blow my cover." Cana finished chugging her drink before stepping in.

"That doesn't make sense why wouldn't she expose you?" Gajeel hesitated to reply looking down at Y/N. He cleared his throat.

"Um, she wanted something from me but I said no so she told me to stay away from Raven Tail or else she'd tell." Mira shook her head.

"But it still doesn't add up yes maybe she can get in your head but where is her proof to show Ivan."

"She can get in your mind take thoughts or even memories and she's got some weird power to show an illusion of whatever she saw in your head." Everyone nodded. Y/N rolled her eyes.

"Well I don't like her one bit," Laxus stayed silent thinking. A smirk grew on his face.

"What'd she want from ya?" Y/N nodded.

"Yeah what did she want?" Gajeel froze.

"Huh?" Y/N sat up more straight.

"What did she want from you?" He looked around seeing the whole team staring at him waiting for a response.

"Me," Y/N's jaw dropped understanding what he meant. Laxus chuckled while Cana tried to hold in her cackling. Mira giggled.

"Oh my," Y/N growled looking back over to Victoria.

"She better hope we don't get put in a match together," Gajeel chuckled tightening his grip around her waist.

"Well while you are strong Y/N you should hope that you guys don't fight." Lily spoke up. Y/N got annoyed.

"Lily you really think I can't beat that bimbo?"

"No but you have no idea what's happening to your magic right now, what if you were to try to use that new magic at that time and it backfired against you? You should try to fit some training in before you're next match," Y/N frowned.

"Yeah I guess you're right," Gajeel let out a small 'pfft' before nuzzling his face in Y/N's neck for a second.

"My girl can kick anybody's ass in that arena," Y/N blushed slightly at his naming but smiled leaning forward as they shared a quick kiss.

"Get a room!" Cana spat throwing her jacket on Y/N's face. Y/N grit her teeth.

"Alright I'm about to kick your ass Cana!" Y/N shot up from her seat chucking Cana's jacket back at her. The two began to playfully brawl. Gajeel looked over the balcony again back at Victoria. She smirked at him making a snarl appear on Gajeel's face.
