Harrys POV
I dropped everything but my phone and ran to the car.
It took me 15 minutes to drive home, running every red light.
I ran inside and she was leaning on the counter, taking deep breaths.
'Jen im here', I said softly and put my and on her back.
She just leaned against me.
'Are you in pain? You're relaxed.. thats good. Oh my god its early for this', I started babling.
She squeezed my arm, 'Harry! I'm relaxed, YOU relax.', she said, smiling.
'Stay here, ill go get the bag', I said.
I went up to the bedroom.
Ugh relax Harry. I need to be here to get her through this. I know from experience, I can't calm her down if i'm stressed and worked up.
'Lets go', I said.
She inhalled sharply and cried out in pain.
'What hurts'?
'It feels like someone stabbed my back', She said.
I got her to the car and started driving.
'AH! Harry...', she said grabbing my arm.
'I'm here princess', I said and rubbed her leg.
2 hours later...
'Ok, this is really hard on you', the doctor said, 'You're heart isn't doing so hot so we have to start you on a medicne to try to relax it. But you still need to breathe deep and relax. Don't ever have anymore kids, thats what i'm saying'.
'Good to know', jen said sarcasticly.
The doctor started her medication and left.
'Fuck', she whispered, really pissed.
'Fuck what'?
'Fuck everything'
'Oh honey..' I said and sat on the side of her bed.
She wrapped her arms around me, crying.
'It hurts'.
'I know baby, I know. Just breathe'.
2 hours later...
Jen is weak and exhausted from being in labor so long. Five hours so far.
Shes laying in the bed with her eyes closed, trying to stay relaxed.
I kissed her forehead and rubbed her shoulder.
'Oh sweet girl, you're burning up', I whispered.
She didn't even respond.
'Hey i'll be right back okay'?
'Okay', she whispered back.
I came back with ice water and a washcloth.
'Lets cool you down', I said softly.
I pulled her hair into a ponytail and gently wiped her face and neck with the cold water for awhile.
She finally opened her eyes and looked at me.
'Hi Jenny', I said.
'Thank you', she mouthed.
I carefully put my hand on her belly and she put her hand over mine.
'You cause alot of trouble for such a little thing Mia', I said.
Jen smiled.
'This has to end soon... please end soon', Jen whispered.
A half hour laer her labor was progressing faster and she was in so much pain and wouldn't let go of me.
'Breathe like me Jennifer', I said.
I was breathing quick but deep.
She matched my breaths and calmed down a little.
'I think you should get the doctor', she said through her fast breaths.
'I press this magic button and he comes to us', I said and hit the button by her bed, making her smile a little.
'I love you Jennifer', I said and kissed her forehead.
'Love you more', she replied, 'But he better hurry his fucking ass up because I need to push'.
'Don't', I said, kinda feeling stressed.
I calmed myself back down and the doctor came in.
'How yo-', 'I need to push RIGHTNOW', Jen interupted.
'Ok hold on', the doctor said.
I grabbed her hands and she squeezed mine.
'Ok push until I say stop', He said.
She did and I counted to ten each time.
'Not so hard now, shes gonna start coming out'.
'Shit', Jen said breathlessly.
'AHHH GOD! Harry harry harry', she kept repeating.
'I'm here Jen, breathe, you're holding your breath', I replied.
'You'd be holding your breath too!! AH FUCK', She yelled.
'Don't push now', the doctor said calmly.
'How do I not!!?', She cried.
'Look at me babydoll', I said and stroked her hands with my thumbs.
'Just focus on your breaths and look at me'.
She took a deep breath.
I wiped the tears that were sreaming down her face .
'Oww oww, oh my dear god', She yelled.
'Baby'!, the doctor said and held up a screaming Mia.
'We gotta take her and check her heart', He said.
'I want her', Jen cried as they took her out.
I held her and she sobbed into my chest.
'Jenny its alright. They need to help her heart because its like yours and imagine how much stress shes in rightnow'.
'She needs us Harry'.
'I know babygirl'.
I kept rubbing her back and she just fell asleep.
This is all so crazy.
I want Mia too.
I hope and pray the doctors can help her...
