"I can walk by myself." "Yeah I know," she smirked at me and continued her fast pace. I yank my arm out of her grasp. She stops suddenly, I almost run into her. "Now, now little wolf that wasn't very nice." She said it in a way that I, an Alpha felt threatened.
I let my wolf out slightly just so she knows we can go anytime. My eyes flash from brown, yellow to red. Kaden's sister looked at me and cocked her head almost with a humorous look on her face. Let me talk to her. I'm not going to hurt her a lot. I tuned my wolf out. Wincing at the skew of profanities she started yelling. "Looks like you're just itching for a fight I would be more than accommodating if you'd like to die." Her eyes although feminine looked just like Kaden's when they flash red although hers hold hostility. "Finally a bloodsucker acting like a bloodsucker," I snarl back. She opens the door we'd stopped at. "The bathing room is behind that door she points in the far direction in the room. Take your time in there you smell better than you look. She places her hand over her nose briefly. You can wear anything you like that's the closet pointing to another door. Hey! are you listening?" I nod. I really can not fight with her right now. I'm just gonna take a much needed shower grab some clothes and leave as fast as I can. This place is beyond weird. "Thanks"I mustered up a fake smile as close the door.

Ugh that dog is rude and she's crazy if she thinks I bought her fake smile. I pinched the tip of my nose, I could drain someone (just a figure of speech most of the time). I plopped on my bed while miss wolf gets ready. I thought about what my brother and I said to each other. It's been just us for about a century and a half, we've never argued. Now he's yelling at me it feels like he's pushing me away already. I got up shaking the thoughts from my head. "Destiny! I didn't have to yell but ya know. Yes master? Her face was heated probably thinking about what we just did. I pursed my lips. "Red I totally your color." I complimented a human What. Is. happening? "We have a guest you need to keep her here any means necessary."

I looked at myself in the mirror. Dirt blood leaves and who knows what else was covering my body my left leg throbbed. I looked at my back I hissed. My back was my worst pain. The doctor tried their best. Someone should've told them werewolves don't get stitched up while in wolf form. You see, we are two bodies. When we pass on we emerge as wolf and person when we're alive we have a human side and wolf side. Our wolves try take as much of the pain and injuries. So our skin heals differently in wolf then human. Get it? The staples fell out as soon as I shifted back to human. Hurt like a bitch. It's not bleeding bleeding it's just sticky and really sore the air is burning it. I step into the running shower man it hurt like a mother- with that I thought of my mom and how she wouldn't let me finish that sentence. My mom, dad, and brother are waiting for me to come back. Also thinking about how I needed saving. I punched the wall leaving broken tiles to fall into the shower with me. I am an Alpha female I don't need saving. Mate. That's all you think about we were almost killed and what's on your mind mating I shake my head. We'll head out soon though, I tell her. I finally stepped out the shower I took all the hot water it was freezing by the time I got out. My back feels better the skin is growing back faster now that I'm relaxed. I poke my head out the bathroom good coast is clear. I stepped out leaving the towel in the bathroom. I go to the closet where Kaden's sister told me to get some clothes. I picked out some shorts and a shirt so happy whoever shoes these are are just my size. Ok now to escape. I opened the door just to peek out, an eye ball looked at me. "Hi I'm Destiny, Master wanted me to look after you so you don't get lost I would have knocked but you were already opening the door." She's human! I knew there were probably slaves here, but I still didn't want to believe it. I opened the door wider. I don't need help thank you Destiny." She seemed jumpy, do you need help? Are you a slave here? I can help you if you let me, how old are you? She looked stuck in place. "Um hey are you okay?" She looks around then pushes me in the room. Can you really help me? Some vampires told me my parents sold me, I can never go home or they'll die." I scoffed, "they deserve to die they sold you. They have no rights to you. Plus you don't have to go home you can come with me." Destiny looked at me with skepticism why are you offering me this, is this a trap? Did Nola tell you to test me?" She looked overwhelmed. "Who is Nola?" I asked. She started crying, "this is one of her games I know it! just tell me! This girl is a her wits end. I know you're going to tell her I planned to run away. No, no." She looks close to breaking. I finally speak, "I can assure you I don't consult with blood suckers" my eyes flash golden. "I am a werewolf."
