Eden's POV

I know the bus routes well, I know John can't get a bus back to West London today, it's a Sunday and there are only busses from 9 til 12pm. He has to be somewhere around here.

It took me about 20 minutes to work that out so my eyes were slightly less red by the time I grabbed my coat and ran outside and began searching for him.

John's POV

I really couldn't be bothered to walk around and hope for her to come and find me, so after about ten minutes of moping on a bench, I looked for a phone box so I could call Brian, who I knew was visiting his parents in tooting .

"Hello?"
"Who's this?"
"It's me John, um, are you busy right now?"
"Uh depends, how can I help, John?"
"I'm in tooting, and I need to get back home and I went to Eden but her and roger and I'm stuck"
"John!! Slow down, what happened? Why are you in tooting?"
"Well remember that girl that lets me stay at hers after our gig, she's and I are kind of, I don't really know. Well today, I just. I don't know, can you get me. I'm somewhere near the country park, I'll pay you" I heard him laugh slightly after I said that.
"Yeah, I can pick you up. Just please explain everything on the way back, and don't worry about paying me."
"Thanks mate, ill probably just wait around the car park for you"

After a while of sitting on the bench near the park, I hear a car pull up, I began to sit up and pull my hood down to take a look at the driver. Much to my confusion, I saw Eden's car. Why was she here, how did she find me? I look to the passenger seat to find a tall frizzy haired man next to her. Was it Brian?

Edens POV

After locking the door, I ran down the stairs to the lobby of the flat, praying that he was near. I decided to look around all of the places he knew about so I went along a few roads we often drove down. One being by a few big family houses.

I saw a vaguely familiar man stood by the phone box outside it looking frustrated, what was wrong with him? It was until I drove slower and slower next to this person that I realised it was Brian, the guitarist in Queen. I had only spoke to him a few times like when he picked John up from mine because my car was being MOT'd, or when I went to one of their gigs a bout a month ago, although I didn't stay with them for long.

This very point was when I realised he could help me find John, if he even recognised me from the puffy, tear-stained cheeks.
I slammed my car door and walked up to the phone box as he finished his call.
"Brian?" I asked. This caused his to look at me abruptly but then softened his harsh eyes.
"Oh uh, hi...Eden? Was it?"
"Yes, aha yeh. You haven't happened to have seen John anywhere?"
"Well no but he rang my parents phone earlier. Sounded upset, he mentioned your name. He's at the country park, I think."
"Did he say that now?"
"No. About 10 minutes ago, I was just calling Freddie, telling him I can't play next Friday"
"So he's still there?"
"Yes, I told him to wait there, why?"
Without even answering him, I grabbed his wrist and pulling him into the car so he could tell me absolutely everything that he said. He looked incredibly awkward sat next to me, his long legs barely fit in the leg room he had.

After a short drive, full of talking, we arrived at the car park of it. I saw poor John sat looking glum on the bench, hood up, preventing the cold rain hitting his head. I immediately halted the car and asked Brian politely to wait here. I slowly stuck my legs out of the door as my body followed too, catching his attention.
"Can we talk?" I said feeling tears forming in my eyes.
"I don't know" he replied bluntly.
"Please, I need to explain for the good of us both... I really like you John, and you know deep down that things couldn't have been better between us. Please don't let that go to waste" as I said this the rain got harder and started to drip down my entire forehead.
"Have you been seeing roger while seeing me?"
"What no! I wouldn't have done that"
"Did you and Roger go out?"
This time I took a long pause and nodded my head.
He looked slightly teary. I don't understand why. What happened with Rog and I was over.
"I'm gonna go" he said and paced into the foresty park.
"John" I heard Brian call
And he chased after him, whereas I felt completely useless. He wouldn't hear me out, the only person who could explain it all was roger as he was stubborn and didn't like when people ignored him. I sat in the car for a while wondering if Brian would come back but in the end I just waited too long, and that time hurt.
