Sans wakes up when I lay down next to him. "Hey, Button." He grins at me. "Button?" I ask. He smiles "Yup, you're as cute as a button." I kiss his teeth while saying "Bonehead." He laughs. After a few seconds, he pulls away. "How's Papyrus?" "He's doing a little bit better. That must have been terrifying for him. I wish I could've taken his place." Sans looks serious. "Me too, Button, me too."
Sans has gotten into the habit of calling me Button now, but it's fine. I kinda like it. Papyrus is doing a whole lot better, but has issues being left alone from time to time. He's taken time off of work since the incident, but is going back tomorrow.
Sans looks at his phone. "I've been wondering how a Papyrus without a Sans was able to get into a different AU." I think about the conversation I had with Ink. "Maybe it had something to do with... what was his name... Error?" Sans tenses. "Maybe... Disbelief Papyrus said that he had asked to have his brother back, and Error could've switched the two Paps'. Hopefully not."
I text Ink. "Hey Ink, I have a question." He responds a few seconds later. "Shoot," He says. "So you know how Disbelief Papyrus was in our universe? Do you think it had something to do with Error?" He responds about a minute later "Probably. He recently said that he had the chance to destroy two universes but it didn't work. Maybe that's what he was talking about." I reply quickly "Thx Ink." I need to tell Sans.
"Heya Button. What's up?" I show him my phone and the conversation with Ink. His eye sockets turn pitch black. He calls Ink. "Hey Ink, I need a portal to the Anti-Void. I don't care if it's a bad idea. No, don't get backup. Okay, thanks." A few seconds later, we enter a portal sent by Ink. The rainbows come and disappear, and soon we're in the Anti-Void. And ahead of us is Error.
"i WaS eXpeCTiNg yOU." He looks at Sans. He then looks at me. "WHo's The PREtty lADy?" Sans growls. "Boy, do I have a bone to pick with you." Sans attacks Error, but he just snaps the bones with his blue strings. He easily dodges Sans' attacks. Maybe I should do something...
After watching Error taunt Sans for a bit, he sends out blue strings and they grab Sans' soul. "wHaT ARe yOU GoIng tO dO Now?" Error taunts. Sans looks like he's in pain. I feel my left eye start to burn pink, and my magic fang pokes out of my mouth. I summon a sharp bone in my hand as a knife and lunge at Error, who doesn't dodge since he's caught off guard. I cut the blue strings he has on Sans and take a stab at him.
He dodges, but I break his arm. He lets out a pained, glitchy scream. He does something with his magic, and I hear Sans scream in pain. "WHAT THE— MY ARM!?!" I test something. I slap Error, and I see Sans rub his face where I slapped Error. I can't hurt Error now without hurting Sans. "TrY aGAIn lATer, bEAUtiful," He smirks. I grab Sans and walk through the portal back to our world.
"Is your arm okay?" He's grimacing I'm pain. "Yeah Button, it's fine." "I know you're not fine, Sansy. Lay on the couch." I order him. He sighs in defeat and lays down. I give him a pillow and a blanket, along with a bottle of ketchup. I then go to the kitchen to make him some soup. While I'm cooking, I call Alphys to ask for her to check out his arm. I tried to heal it, but it didn't work. I hope he's okay.
I then call Papyrus, who comes sprinting home immediately. He's really worried about Sans. Soon, Alphys arrives with Undyne. She looks at his arm while I tell her about what Error did. "W-well, it won't h-heal until the p-person you directly d-did this to heals. I-i can administer s-some p-painkillers in the m-meantime." I give her 50g and her and Undyne leave.
I look in the mirror. My weird magic fang thing hasn't gone away. I look like a vampire or something now. I open my mouth. Wow, my tongue looks kinda cool. It's pink but it's see through. I then look at my left eye since it's the first time I've used that much magic to make my eye glow like that. It has a tiny crack. Hopefully it doesn't get worse. I take a shower and then head back down to check on Sans.
He's sleeping, so I go to Papyrus' room. He looks really worried. "WILL HE BE ALRIGHT?" He asks when I enter. "Yes Papyrus, he'll be okay. He just needs some time." I tuck him in and read him a bedtime story. I kiss his forehead goodnight and laugh when his face lights up the room by turning bright orange. "What, it's just a friendly kiss!" I tease. I say goodnight again and go downstairs.
