Meeting them

Today is our first day back on the set of Supergirl, this season will be different because instead of a cast full of adults we are adding kids to the cast. The storyline for season five is very different from previous seasons.  Mon-el and Kara are married and they find a space ship that crashed onto the earth. Inside is a little girl, Kara and Mon-el end up taking in the little girl as there own. I haven't met the little girls who will be playing Chris and I's daughter. The only thing I have heard from our director is that there very talented and super sweet. Chris and I walk down to the hair and makeup trailer hand and hand. when we get there we take a seat and I start talking to Sharon. later on, Chyler comes in and we catch up on life there was much because we talk every day but it was nice to see her in person. After hair and makeup, we went to set to start staging for the show. upon arriving there I saw two little girls who looked no older than three. They were with the producer which was odd because normally when we have kids on the show they stay with there parents when they're on set.  ''Melissa, come here I want you to meet the girls who will be playing your daughter,''  Greg says.' I walk over to the girls and Greg, ''Melissa this is Camryn and Renly,'' Greg says. ''Hi girls I'm Melissa it's so nice to meet you!'' I say squatting down to their level.  ''hi'' they both said in unison.  ''How old you two? '' I ask. ''I'm three'' Camryn says ''me-too'' Renly says quietly. ''Are you girls excited to be here?'' I ask. ''YES'', they both exclaim in unison. I see Chris and call him over, ''Hey who are these two beauties?'' Chris asks. ''This is Camryn and Renly'' I say. ''Hi, girls'' he says. ''Hi,'' they both say quietly. I noticed there demeanor changed, they both seemed tenser and not as relaxed. Chris was about to say something but was cut off when our director starts talking.

The morning went by fast we staged all the scenes that were going to take place in the DEO. The girls are so cute, very quiet but when the camera is on they are little firecrackers. I noticed that the girls were starting to get tired because they kept yawing. There mom or dad is supposed to be here soon because they only work half days. I went over to them and asked if they were hungry because it was already noon. Of course, they both said yes. I took them over to the snack bar and they both got some goldfish. Renly started telling me about her and Camryn's auditions and how they got a special dinner after. At one o'clock I had to leave to go finish staging some scenes and since both of the girls were still here they stayed with the producer and director.

It was now 3:00 o'clock and the twin's parents still hadn't come to pick them up. The producer and director were starting to get annoyed. They tried to call their parents and it goes straight to voicemail. At 3:30 a lady with brown unkept hair wearing pajamas came in and screamed: "Renly and Camryn let's go!" Both of the girls tensed up and went straight to the lady who, I am assuming is their mother. They were about to leave but they were stopped by our director who took her outside. They came back 5 minutes later and the lady took the twins and left.
