"Alright, sweetheart. Now release him, please.", Milton requested.

"Don't call me that."

"Sorry, sweetheart."

Leah gave him an angry look as he chuckled. She took out a tiny, thin rectangular shaped piece of metal and pressed it, which made me fall to the floor. The thin, wide, metal belt was now off me.

What is this tech?

I got up and noticed how Leah was just as tall as me. I looked at her, "So, are you an assassin of some sort?", I asked in a soft tone of voice.

"Precisely."

I brought my left hand out for a handshake. "Hi, I'm Wallace. You know that already. I just thought that if you're gonna be helping me, I should at least introduce myself properly and be on good terms with you and maybe even have you as a frie-."

She sliced my hand off my wrist with her sword in under a second as I screamed in pain.

"WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?!", I yelled as I fell to the floor, in pain.

"Oh boo hoo. You can heal yourself. Stop fucking whining."

"MY PAIN RECEPTORS STILL EXIST, YOU FUCKING ASSH-!", she sliced off my whole left arm.

"Leah, what the hell?! Why here?!", Milton yelled at her as I screamed at the top of my lungs in pain.

"Nothing. Just in a bad mood today.", she calmly told him.

"FUCK YOU TO DEATH!", I said as my arm rushed itself to my shoulder and the hand reattached as well.

"Learn to handle pain. Think of this as a first lesson.", she said in her usual stern tone of voice. "We'll continue this tomorrow. Be ready, princess. I'm now gonna use your room's window to exit."

"MOTHERFU-", I got interrupted by Milton rushing to me to apologize as she walked upstairs.

He crouched down. "I'm really, really, really sorry about her. She's just like this upon first meeting but once you get to know her, she isn't bad. I promise!"

"How are.... How are you the one who raised her? You're complete opposites!"

"She's... unique. Just, hang in there. Her attitude might help you control your anger over time. Think positively!"

"You...", I took a moment to readjust my posture which caused some more pain. "You remind me... of my dad."

"Physically or...?"

"No, not physically. Just... Your personality. It's like his."

"Oh, what was his name?"

"Roger Sterling."

"Roger Sterling? Hmm, sounds a little familiar. Eh, not that familiar.", he got up. "We'll get going now. See you tomorrow.", he brought his hand out for a handshake and saw my hesitation. "Don't worry, I won't cut it off." he laughed.

I shook his hand and was glad to find out that no harm had been done to me. He left using my front door and I just stayed there for about five minutes, dealing with the pain. I tried to get up but my shoulder hurt so bad that I had to be fully dependent on my right arm.

How do I make some food? I'm hungry as hell.

I decided to order food instead as I walked upstairs where my phone with the shattered screen was. I switched it on and ordered my food that was going to arrive within thirty minutes.

6:40PM, Saturday. Can't believe it was just yesterday when I killed him. Feels like a week.

When my large sized pizza arrived, I put it in the fridge immediately for about 5 minutes before I dug in and finished the whole thing within a minute while sitting on the couch. I then wanted to listen to some music to forget about everything for a bit but my shattered screen wasn't very responsive so I picked up Sarah's phone on the coffee table and unlocked it to see a photo of Sarah and I hanging out together from a few days ago as her wallpaper.
