Chaeyoung was still dumbfounded by the reaction Mina gave after she received the painting, and the message. All of her worries, negative thoughts that ate her up somehow,  were the exact opposite of what have actually happened in reality.

She can say that she was happy, because first, Mina wasn't creeped out, nor terrified by the thought that someone randomly gave her a portrait of herself, and second, she was actually happy about it. Chaeyoung knows how kind hearted Mina is, but she didn't believe that she would exceed to that level.

"Whoever gave this to me, really must admire me a lot, right, Chae?" Mina was still holding the canvas, still amazed how it was well-painted. "Yeah, unnie. They might really have a thing for you." Chaeyoung said before shoving a medium-sized beef on her mouth.

What scares Chaeyoung the most is, Mina might actually think it was her. Mina isn't stupid, in fact, she's a smarty pants, so Chaeyoung couldn't take off the thought that she might know it as soon as now. Chaeyoung wouldn't go to this garden, prepare her lunch, for nothing, now would she? She just hopes that Mina wouldn't know until she gave her final painting.

"Wait, Chaeyoung, it's club picking today, right?" Mina exclaimed. Chaeyoung nodded calmly. "Yes, unnie. Planning to move clubs?" Mina shook her head and smiled. "Still Dance club, huh?" Mina nodded enthusiastically. "I mean, I'm already the vice president, so I couldn't move clubs even if I wanted to." She blows her bangs before continuing, "How about you, Chaeyoung? Plan to join a club?" She chuckled. "Hmm, prolly the go-home club, unnie." Mina laughed. What response does she expect? She already knows that Chaeyoung has no interests in clubs, but she still hopes that she will join one this year, because clubs are one of the best things that you can have in college.

Or, the worst.

"Don't you plan to join any club this year, Chaengie?" She shrugged, actually considering to join one. "I think I need to. Mr. Jeon made joining a club a requirement. Unfair, right?" Mina scrunched her brows and nose while pinching Chaeyoung's cheeks. "It's a sign that you really need to join one, Chaengie. You're always stuck with me, why not make friends with other batches?"

I would if I wanted to, but being with you feels like eternity. I never wanted it to end.

"I don't really need it. You and the gang is enough." Mina laughed again, harder this time. "That's so sweet of you, Chaeyoung." She wiped a tear before continuing, "By the way, what club do you consider joining if ever?" Chaeyoung puts her index finger on her chin.

"Film club? I really like films. Or maybe math club."
"Math club is boring. They do nothing."
"Hey, don't judge math by it's numbers."
"It's the truth."
"Well, film club, then."

Mina stared and just smiled at her, admiring every feature of Chaeyoung. It was clear to say that she was really smitten by her. She likes her company, the way she'll suddenly crack dad jokes, the way she makes her smile, her patience, her everything. There's nothing that she doesn't like in Chaeyoung. She's still confused at whatever she's feeling at the moment, but whatever it is, she doesn't care about it now. All that matters now is that she's happy whenever she's with her.

The students present in the campus went to the auditorium for some quick announcement regarding club picking.

The whole dance club wasn't there, though. They had their own lives, they don't just welcome people. The dance club holds an audition every club picking day, to see if the students wanting to join were really passionate, and very good in dancing, since they compete in different places. They represented South Korea once in an international competition and they won 1st runner up.

So without dance club being there, Chaeyoung was with Dahyun. With Momo being the president of the dance club, Chaeyoung is now with Dahyun. It wasn't awkward for them even if they haven't been talking lately since She was always with Momo, but they were best buddies before Dahyun and her became a thing. Chaeyoung was sad, yes, but she understands why and respect their relationship.

"How did it go with Mina?" Dahyun broke the silence. "Better than I expected it to be. I can say that she was happy about it." Dahyun smiled, relieved that it turned out good. "That's great to hear. But when do you plan to... you know... say it directly?" Chaeyoung shrugged. "You gotta say it someday, Chaeng. You can't just continue giving her portraits like that. The sooner you confess, the better." Chaeyoung sighed. She knows she's  got to, but she's not ready yet. "As much as I want to say it, Dubs, I can't. I'm... I'm not yet ready." Dahyun patted her shoulder. "Chaeyoung, remember this; you will never be ready. There's no right timing, no preparations."

I guess she's right.

"How did you and Momo did it, anyway?" Dahyun laughed suddenly, remembering how Momo confessed to her. "It wasn't me, it was Momo, and the way she said it was sooo funny." Chaeyoung tilted her head, "How?" Dahyun was still laughing "She literally said, 'Dahyun-ah, I may not be the smartest person you know, but are you willing to be my girlfriend and be dumb with me?' It was so hilarious." Dahyun snorts that made Chaeyoung join her laugh. "You love her so much, don't you?" Dahyun grinned at her. "I really do, Chaeng. I really really do love her."

The mini orientation was done, and Chaeyoung parted ways with Dahyun; she to the speech lab, while Chaeyoung to the filming room.

As she reached the said room, she was welcomed by the people who are in ghe club. "You must be Chaeyoung?" A girl asked her. "Yes, I am." The girl offered her hand. "I'm Kim Jiwoo, head of the filming club." She smiled sweetly, "Wait, how do you know my name?" Chaeyoung scrunched her brows, giving Jiwoo a puzzling look. "You're famous around campus, you know. Especially in upper years." Chaeyoung still couldn't puzzle it, so Jiwoo just chuckled and patted her shoulder. "Well, it doesn't matter. Come." Jiwoo led the way inside the room. "Isn't this a bit small for the whole club to fit in?" Sooyoung let out a laugh. "This is just "some" of it, honey." Jiwoo opened the sliding door at the end of the room.

It was big. It looked like a recording studio but with lots of cameras in the place and was actually huge. Some members were fixing cameras, editing films, dubbing, proofreading scripts and the likes. Chaeyoung was dumbfounded by the sight she's seeing.

Jiwoo grinned, seeing the reaction of Chaeyoung. "Now this is the whole of it."
