After a week, Mina has decided to go to her place more often. Her father wanted to see her more, and so she obeyed his orders.

"Damn, this tteokboki is something else." Chaeyoung continuously ate the food in front of her. She looked up and saw Mina staring at it with a blank expression. "Hey, Mina unnie are you okay? You haven't touched your food." She looked up, and gave Chaeyoung a reassuring smile. "Yes, I'm okay, Chaeyoung. Don't worry about me." She started to dig into her food. Chaeyoung just went with it and ate again.

"Hey, unnie, how does a penguin build it's house?" Mina gave her a hum

It's her and her dad jokes again.

"How?"

"Igloos it together."

Chaeyoung laughed at her own joke, making Mina smile because she looked silly. "Try harder, Chae."

"Want to hear a joke about construction?"

"Sure."

"I'm still working on it."

She laughs again, louder this time. "Sometimes I really question our friendship, Chae." Mina giggled, but Chaeyoung was too busy thinking of her next joke.

"Wait, unnie, did you hear about the kidnapping at school?"

"What? When?"

"It's fine, he woke up already."

Mina hit Chaeyoung's shoulder, making her rub it. "I don't know where the hell do you get these jokes, but it's not even funny at all." Mina sighed. Chaeyoung gave her a smirk "Don't lie, you love it anyway."

I do, I really do.

Chaeyoung kept giving Mina some dad jokes. It kinda boosted Mina's mood, which she always does, and she always been greatful for her doing it.

"Hey, Chae." Mina called at the laughing Chaeyoung. "Yes, unnie?" She let out a gummy smile again. "Thank you so much. You never fail to make me smile." Chaeyoung grinned, exposing her dimples. "It's my pleasure, Mina unnie."

They finished eating lunch and went to back to the university to attend their afternoon class.

-

Nothing much happened today. Their vacants didn't matched after lunch, so they just went home and rest.

Mina went home as well, making Chaeyoung a bit relieved, since she needs to think how will she say her feelings to Mina subtly.

She arrived at her condo and throws herself on her bed.

The bed feels big.

Chaeyoung extended her arms and legs.

"I guess I got used to Mina always being here." She sighed and fished out her phone from her pocket. She looked through her gallery and saw a bunch of Mina's selfies.

Dang it, Mina, why does it have to be you?

She sighed once more before staring at the ceiling.

After a minute or two, she remembered what Jeongyeon said. She stood up and went get her keys.

She stood in front of a white door. A room that no one is allowed to go in, and no one has ever seen, even Mina.

-

"Ms. Myoui." Mina's driver bowed at her, opening the door of the car. Mina rolled her eyes, "Mr. Choi, I told you to call me Mina instead." She went inside the car. Mr Choi let out a chuckle before closing it.

As they arrive at the mansion, Mina heaved a heavy sigh.

Here we go again.

She went out of the car and all of the drivers, and housekeepers were there at the main door, with Mina's father at the center, giving her a warm welcome after months of not going home.

"Mina, you've cut your hair." It was the first thing that her father said. "It hassles me a lot. So I cut it short." After Mina talking, Mr. Myoui hugged her daughter. "I missed you, Mina."

They both had dinner together; silence surrounds the dinning room. Mina didn't want to talk about anything, because she knew that their conversation only leads to one thing,

"Have you decided to take Med?" Mr. Myoui broke the silence. Mina rolled her eyes internally.

For the nth time.

"Dad how many times do I have to tell you? I'm not going to take medicine as my course. not now, not ever" Mr. Myoui scoffed. "You think you're gonna make money out of dancing and singing? Think again, child. What will the others say when they found out that my only daughter can only sing and dance and can't even hold a scalpel properly?!" Her dad chuckled. "Well why would I be surprised? You're just like your mom. Pathetic." Mina stood up from where she's sitting.

"You leave mom out of this, dad." Her aura became dark. "Until when are you gonna oppose my decisions in life, dad? I'm old enough to know what's right and wrong. I know what I want and what I think is best for me! I don't care about their opinions, I don't care about not knowing medical apparatuses; I just want to pursue my dreams and passion!" Mina walked out of the dining table and went outside to meet Mr. Choi.

"Mr. Choi, to Chae's house, please." Mr. Choi didn't spoke, instead he just opened the door of the car.

"Mina, where are you going?" She turned  as her father followed her. "Away from here. I don't want to spend my night with a prick." Mina went in the car. Mr. Choi bowed at Mr. Myoui and went inside the car.

Chaeyoung stared at the paint brush, occasionally looking at the empty canvas.

Been a while.

As she was about to lay the paint brush on the canvas, she stopped.

What do I paint?

She held the paint brush back and think of what she would paint.

Damn it.

After a minute, her phone rang. Indicating that someone is calling. She dropped the pallet and took the call, not bothering to look who was the calling.

"Hey, Chaeyoung here. What's up?"

"Chae, it's Mina."

"Oh, Mina unnie! Why the sudden call?"

"Uhh, nothing. I just missed you, I guess."

"I miss you too unnie! I hope you enjoy there at your place."

"Yeah, I gotta go, Chae. See you tomorrow."

"See you!"

Weird.

-

Mina sighed as she is looking up to Chaeyoung's condo. She didn't want to bother her since she's always there to the point that she almost lived there.

"Mr. Choi, to Vie de Loisir, please." Mr. Choi gave Mina a nod and drove to the said hotel.

Ten minutes later, they arrived at the hotel.  "Mr. Choi, if father ever asked you where did I go, please don't say I'm here." Mr. Choi nodded. "I'll try my best, Mina." He went inside the car and drove off.

Mina, on the other hand, went to the reception area and rented a suite so she can stay there for at least two to three days. The receptionist was about to give her the key until someone came and got it from her. "Excuse me, Ms. Lee, but haven't you been notified that I'm going to use this suite you're about to give Ms. Myoui over here?"

Mina looked at the person who said it, and it surprised her.
