"Hey, Smol."

"Jesus, you're both late, again." Jihyo glared at Mina and Chaeyoung, "Sorry, unnie. We overslept." Jihyo was tapping her foot, her arms crossed together. "You really need to set at least ten alarms." Sana approached Jihyo, clinging onto her arm.

"You guys slept together again?" Sana
"Apparently they did." Momo
"So when are you going to deny that the both of you are dating?" Nayeon
"For a lifetime? Because we're really not dating?" Mina
"Mina unnie, don't hurt Chaeyoung's feelings." Tzuyu
"My what now?" Chaeyoung
"Oh come on, Chaeng, we all know you like Mina unnie." Dahyun

Their conversation stopped as Jeongyeon joined them. Keeping her cold expression.

"Come on, guys. Let's not diss Chae like that." Jeongyeon ruffled Chaeyoung's blonde hair. "Hi, hyung." Chae smiled. "Hey, Smol. Are they teasing you?" The younger shook her head. "I'm fine."

"About time, Jeongyeon." Nayeon snapped, making Jeongyeon scoffed.
"Why are you late, unnie?" Mina interfered, not wanting Nayeon to say something anymore.
"I had to meet one of my friend in JYPE. I'm going to produce my first music soon." All of them were awed, because Jeongyeon was slowly reaching her dreams.
"That's awesome, hyung! I hope to hear it soon." Chaeyoung said ecstatically.
"Yeah, I hope it'll turn out well."

The nine of them decided to go to an amusement park, since it was a weekend and they have nothing better to do with their lives.

It was a surprise that they dragged Jeongyeon with them, though. She's not really fond of it; the going out with friends and all. Other than that, they didn't liked her cold attitude at all, but they wanted her to come and somehow they forced her. Well, actually, Chaeyoung did.

The group was divided by two, the seven of them, and Chaeyoung and Jeongyeon. Mina figured that the both of them needs space since it's really rare for them to be together, and she knows that Jeongyeon is close to Chaeyoung's heart.

"So Chaeng, is it true?" Jeongyeon started.
"What is?" She tilted her head. Jeongyeon let out a chuckle, "You liking Mina. Is it true?" The younger gulped and nodded. "Y-yeah, but don't tell the others. I know they'll say it to Mina." The latter patted her back. "Your secret is safe with me. But why not tell her, though? It looks like she's smitten with you." She shook her head. "She only think of me as a bestfriend, hyung." Jeongyeon sighed and shook her head. "Will you live forever with your "what ifs"? You wouldn't know if you don't try." Chaeyoung sighed. "You're right."

"You wanna know something? I used to love Momo when we were on our senior highschool years." The blonde haired girl's eyes widen, "What? Really?" She nodded "The reason why I chose to study at Kim University is because of her. To be honest, I would've just gone to a regular university, but I followed her because I loved her." Chaeyoung suddenly felt sad, she never knew that Jeongyeon was hurting."I never knew it, hyung. But why didn't you end up being together?" Jeongyeon chuckled.

"I was... scared? Yeah, I was. We were so close that I never wanted us to break. But we did when she found Dahyun. I kinda regret not telling her how I feel, because I know I had a chance. Well, every one does."
"Crap, hyung, you got it hard."
"I did, and I don't want you to go through the same path I took."
"I always wanted to tell her how I feel, but I don't know how."
"Well, since you're  bestfriends, you must know her interests."
"Well, she likes tea, gaming, and paintings."
"Wait, you do know how to paint, right?"
"Yes, why?"
"Then give her paintings."
"I don't want to be that straight forward, hyung. I want to subtly tell her how I feel."
"You'll figure something out soon, Smol."

After their small talks, they joined the others. They rode the rollercoaster first, which some didn't had the guts to ride it because they were scared. They then rode the carousel, and almost all the rides that they saw.

But of course, it wouldn't be complete without them riding the ferris wheel.

The groups were: Nayeon Tzuyu, Dahyun Momo, Mina Chaeyoung, Jihyo Sana, and Jeongyeon was with Jihyo and Sana.

How unlucky am I to be stuck with these two?

As it go up, Mina and Chaeyoung reached the peak and saw the city lights. All of them was sparkling before their eyes.

"I never knew how beautiful the night is, until now." Mina's eyes were fixated on the city lights, admiring every second she's able to see it. While Chaeyoung was not looking at it at all, instead, she was admiring how Mina looks so beautiful.

"Hey, unnie. What if someone confessed to you?" Her thoughts slipped through her tongue. "Well, they are unfortunate. I don't want to entertain anyone at the moment." Mina chuckled before continuing, "Why, Chaengie? Are you finally going to confess your undying love towards me?" She smirked. Chaeyoung gulped and let out a nervous laugh. "If I'm really that in love with you, but no." Mina pouted, Chaeyoung tried to cheer her up "I mean, I love you, unnie, in a platonic way."

Not really.

Mina giggled and showed her gummy smile, which made Chaeyoung's heart melt. "I know that, Chae. I'm just messing with you."

It was getting late, and they all decided to go home. Mina, on the other hand, didn't want to.

"Hey, Chaengie, can I stay at your place?" Chaeyoung's eyes widen. "Again? Don't you miss your father or your home?" Mina shook her head. "It's just, I don't feel like my house is home. You're my home, Chae. But I understand if you won't let me go, I know for a fact that I've been staying there for as long as I can remember and I think you need space."

It's the exact opposite, Mina.

"No, it's alright, Mina. I don't mind. It's great to have someone else at the condo, anyway." Chaeyoung patted her shoulder before continuing, "But why don't you feel at home at your place, though?" The older giggled. "Because my happy pill isn't there." Chaeyoung chuckled. She offers her hand to Mina and she gladly took it. She led the way through the exit and went inside her car.

Her happy pill. That's all I will ever be.
