Please read this chapter. It might be boring and annoying but it's important.
I've been sitting on this idea for about a year now and I wrote the first chapter back then as well. I wasn't going to publish it until I had finished oblivioni traditæ. However, that's going incredibly slowly, though I promise I will finish it, so I've decided to just go ahead and publish the first chapter anyway. The second chapter is only half-finished so it probably won't be published for a little while, but I'd just like to hear what people think of this so far.
This book is going to be a little . . . bizarre, I guess. Some elements of it might not make any sense. Because of this, I ask that you just take this book as a (hopefully) good story, and don't try to think about it logically.
Some things to know, Seraphina Picquery ended her presidency in 1928 and I don't know what she did after that. However, I wanted her to be in this book so I'm giving her a job at MACUSA . . . I just don't know what position it is. The point is, she works there and often has to work with Tina and Harper.
This book was originally just a one-shot about Tina meeting Newt's parents. Then I thought of something that made it more complicated and something else that made it even more complicated so I decided that it was best to make it a complete book. I kinda hate myself for coming up with another idea. I'm tired of books.
When it comes to comments, they are more than welcome. I love reading all the comments, they really make my day. I just have one request. Please do not swear in the comments. I'd love it if you don't swear at all. That includes implied swearing and censored swearing so if you could keep your comments clean then that would be great. I know there many people who don't mind it but I do so I'm asking you please respect my decision.
