The boys wake up simultaneously, each one groaning in pain. Shivering, they sit up from the ground and notice that all of their clothes except their underwear and socks are missing.
"What the fuck?!" Dean yells, rapidly looking around for his clothes. "Where are our clothes?!"
"I-I don't know," Sam gets up from the ground with his arms wrapped around his torso. He groans when his head starts pounding and the feeling of dizziness overcomes his body. The younger crashes to the ground with one small step forward. Hitting the dirt, he grunts in pain.
"Are you alright?" Dean crawls over to his brother, concern present on his face.
"No," Sam winces, "I feel like I'm having the worst hangover in existence."
"Oh damn," Dean looks down at his brother who has his hands up to his head, groaning in agony. "I'm gonna go look for our clothes. I'll be right back." He gets up from the ground, but instantly he feels the sudden hangover effect and comes crashing down.
"Fuck," Dean breathlessly curses. He gets up from the dirt and fights through the pain as he walks—more like wobbles—through the field in search of their missing items.
As the older brother searches, Sam lays on the ground with a pounding headache which renders him immobile. After a few minutes, the migraine stops almost instantly. Sam sits up, a perplexed look on his face, confused as to why the headache stopped so suddenly. Dean comes running back to his brother empty handed.
"I couldn't find our stuff," Dean shakes his head in defeat, "But, the headache went away."
"Yeah," Sam says getting up from the ground, "Mine too."
"Woah. Is that a coincidence?" Dean rhetorically asks.
"No," Sam shakes his head, "When is anything just a coincidence?"
Dean doesn't respond, but instead starts walking towards the Impala with Sam following behind. The older heads over to the driver's side and tries to open the door.
"Damn it!" He exclaims.
"What?"
"The door's locked." Dean almost kicks the door, but he doesn't want to hurt his car.
"My side is locked too," Sam observes, pulling at the door handle. "My guess is that the others are locked as well." They both try opening the doors, but they won't budge.
"Son of a bitch," Dean leans against the car feeling frustrated and defeated. He shakes his head, getting his mind to focus on what their next step is. "Looks like we have to walk back to the motel. How far away is it from here?"
"It's about a ten minute drive, so the walk could take thirty or forty minutes." Sam estimates in his head.
"Do you remember the way there?" Dean asks.
"Somewhat. But, what are we going to do about the car, or the fact that we're almost naked?!"
"I guess we're gonna have to walk there with no clothes on. There's not much else we could do." Dean sighs. He pats the hood of his car and starts walking down the road with Sam by his side.
It's about 10 o'clock at night, so there won't be much traffic where the boys are hiking.
As the boys walk off the side of the road, ready to jump into the woods if a car passes by, they try and remember what happened before they passed out.
"The last thing I remember was a little girl with reddish-blonde hair came up to me and put her hand on my head," Sam says, trying to recollect his memories. "Her hand had some sort of sparkling pattern on it, like—"
