LA Devotee (Supernatural X P!ATD)

The Case

The Winchester brothers sit in the main area of the bunker alone, looking for another case to solve.

The boys had been going through a tough time in the last couple of days. Their mother, whom they just got back from the dead, had left them to "figure things out." The boys understood why (Sam mostly) but they were still distraught. Castiel, their best friend and angel ally, had teamed up with Crowley, a demon or as some people dub him as "The King of Hell," to go find Lucifer who is only God knows where at the moment. The brothers had been stressed for what seemed like ever so they thought that finding a case would get their minds off of what was happening.

The two brothers sat at the table in the library, laptops in front of them looking for news reports that may show any signs of the supernatural. A quick minute later, Sam finds one.

"Hey, Dean," Sam says catching the attention of his older brother sitting in front of him. "Check this out."

Dean gets up from his chair, immediately intrigued. He circles around the table and looks over his brother's shoulder to see what he had found. "What is it?" The older asks.

"Here," Sam points to the article:

Missing Person's Report: Girl Mysteriously Disappeared by Crop Circle

"Really? Another alien case?" Dean scoffs, "Remember the last time we had a case like this? I was beaten up by a freaking fairy."

"No, no..." Sam chuckles, remembering the case they had a few years ago. "Read the rest."

Katelyn Renee Dawson:
Age: 12 years old Height: 4'11"
Weight: 90 lbs Description: Blue eyes and straight blonde hair. Last seen in a white button-up shirt and light blue jeans with white tennis shoes. Has a blue and purple patterned backpack.
Last seen leaving West Coast Middle School, walking down Freemont Boulevard and towards 4th Street. Suspected to be kidnapped by the mysterious crop circle discovered while investigating the case.

"Mysterious crop circle? This has to be some sort of joke." Dean shakes his head.

"Well, it's not." Sam sasses. He pulls up a picture of the crop circle to show the other.

It's a circle overlapped by a triangle that has three smaller circles at the three points. In those three circles are a moon, a sun, and an eye. Directly in the middle of the strange pattern is an exclamation point.

"That's a weird lookin' crop circle," Dean says, finally getting on board with the bizarreness of this case.

"Yep," Sam nods his head. "Do you think it's worth checking out?"

"Yeah, might as well." Dean shrugs. "Where is it?"

"Los Angeles, California."

"Great," Dean says, walking away from Sam and towards his room. "Let's go."

Sam shuts his laptop, gets up from his chair, and walks to his own bedroom to grab stuff for the trip.

Once the boys get everything they need, they go to the garage and throw all their stuff into the back of the Impala. They leave the bunker and start the drive towards their next case.

I'm sorry if my versions of the Winchesters aren't that great. This is my first time really writing them so I'm sorry if their personalities or traits seem very dull. I want to make this book somewhat lighthearted but also serious and dark at the same time so this is very difficult.

Also, sorry I haven't updated in a hot sec. I've been getting ready/on vacation and that's been taking up a lot of time. Again, I apologize.

Anyways, the Winchesters are here and ready to kick some ass. Holy shit am I excited.
