Justine's Pov...

"How did you get him to eat? I can barely get him to drink an ounce of milk." My brother Matthew asked in shock when he saw that his son wasn't crying anymore and was actually drinking from his bottle.

"He seemed to like being sat with his back against me, so I gave him the bottle that way." I shrugged. "I'd say, you'd be a good mommy one day, buuutttt you're not allowed to have a boyfriend, so no babies." He teased. "You do know I'm almost 18 not 12 right?"

(Decided to have the story start around September, so she's 17 and turns 18 in January. Shawn is also 17)

"You're almost 18? Damn when did that happen?" "I don't even know. People still think I'm 12." I shrugged with a slight laugh. "Well, you don't really wear makeup and kinda have a baby face, so it makes sense."

"I guess, but hey, at least I will look younger when I'm old." "True, everyone else will just look like they got hit by a bus." he chuckled.

When the baby finally finished his bottle, I sat the now empty bottle on the couch next to me, then turned him around and rested his body against my chest and burped him.

"Where did you learn how to care for babies? Cause you're the baby of the family and we don't have any younger cousins." He asked as I handed him his son.

"I don't know, I just do." I stood up, grabbing the bottle in the process and walked into the kitchen and washed it.

He started to say something when the doorbell rang. Please don't be Shawn, Please don't be Shawn. "I'll get it." Matt said, turning around and walking to the front door.

I tried to beat him to the door, but he blocked me from getting in front of him. He opened the door revealing the brunette boy that I've grown very fond of.

"May I help you?" Matt asked, trying to be tough. "Uh, yeah...Is Justine home? she's supposed to be tutoring me." He lied. Smart boy.

"Tutor you or "Tutor you"?" He asked as if he didn't believe him. "Normal tutoring." Shawn said giving him a weird look, then smiled when he noticed me peeking out from behind my brother.

"Matthew Lee, leave him alone. I don't like boys like him anyways." I lied and Shawn gave me that cocky bad boy look. I just rolled my eyes, then grabbed my shoes along with my phone. "I'll be back later." I told my brother.

"Where are you going?" "The library, cause dad said that I can't tutor him here and his house is off limits." "Fine, just be back for dinner." "Okay dad." I teased then kissed his and Grayson's cheeks.

Shawn and I walked to his car with a good distance, so that Matthew didn't think we were lying, then we both got in and he drove away, a little bit recklessly to play the bad boy role even more.

"Shawn! Don't do that!" I shouted at him, hitting his shoulder. "What? Gotta make him believe us." He chuckled then turned off my street and in the direction of this road that everyone in our town calls roller coaster road.

(It's basically a road that is on a few steep hills, so you go up and down like a roller coaster 😂)

"So, do you just want to drive on the road or do you want to stop by the water as well?" He asked curiously. "We can hang out by the water."

Right after the road becomes flat, there's a park that you can hike through. The spot most people go to has these large cement blocks in the water to use to get across, but most people just play on them.

I went there a lot with my family, when I was younger. Honestly my favorite place to go. I remember having one those little green fishing nets and playing with it in the water.
