Today is the official day I move in with Shawn! We also have a doctor's appointment today to find out the gender of our baby. I think we are having a boy, but Shawn thinks it's a girl.
My parents still don't know. Even though I'm 21 weeks, I still barely have a bump. The only people who know besides us, are his parents and sister. They were surprisingly happy about it.
I guess, since they know we both have good paying jobs, have a house and the baby isn't due until June, they're fine with it. Either that or they think Shawn needs something to make him grow up and stop hanging out with his 'friends'.
We already have the baby furniture set up in the bedroom closest to our room. Now all we need is to find out the gender and decorate the room according to the gender and buy some clothes.
"Last box." I said as I shoved the last box into my trunk. "Your parents' stares are making me uncomfortable." Shawn whispered with a quiet chuckle as he closed the trunk.
"They stare at everyone like that...especially my brothers' girlfriends." I laughed, then walked over to them, while Shawn stayed by the cars. "I don't like that boy." My dad commented. "You don't have to, I just hope that one day your views on him will change."
"He seems sweet, I hope you're making the right choice, you can always move back if it doesn't work out." My mom said as she hugged me. "He is...I know." Is all I could think to say as I hugged her back.
We let go and I went to hug my dad goodbye, but he had already gone inside. Wow, what a great dad. I mumbled a bye to my mom, then walked back to the cars.
"Your dad really didn't say goodbye? Sheesh." Shawn said with a pity look on his face. "It's fine. I was never that close to him anyways." I sighed then got into my car.
I waited until we got into his car, then we both drove to our new house to drop the stuff off, before driving to the doctor's office.

I just finished filling out the paperwork and we are now waiting to be called back. "Okay, final guess before we find out." I said as I placed my legs on his lap. "Let me see, hmm...I think it's a...girl." He chuckled as he rubbed my belly.
"Okay, well loser has to buy lunch." I laughed. "Deal." We shook on it, then started to talk about everything we need to get from the store, including food for ourselves.
"Justine Saltzman." The nurse called. We got up and walked over to her. She gave us a sweet smile, then asked us to follow her.
She let us into a room, then told us that the doctor would be right in. I sat down on the bed, while Shawn sat down on the chair on the other side of the bed.
Five minutes later the doctor came in. "Hi, I'm Doctor Wesley." He shook Shawn's hand. "Hey, Kiddo let's see how your baby is doing." He smiled at me, then sat down on his chair and got the machine setup, while I laid down and lifted my shirt up, exposing my belly.
