Izuku's P.O.V
6 months flew by quick and now I find myself walking through the gates of UA with Snow tucked in my jacket.
"You're a spoiled brat, you know that?" I whisper tease the taby-tiger.
All I get is a small smug mew in return.
I huff but continue to walk.
The written exam and introduction for the practical were bland, so I'll spare you the details.
"Stay safe and hidden during this part, you got it?" I sternly tell Snow.
A small comforting lick is what I get as an answer.
Present Mic's voice is all I heard before I was dashing forward drawing my katana.
Years of pain and isolation taught me that hesitance can get you killed.
I faintly acknowledge Mic telling everyone not to hesitate as I dodge lasers from a three-pointer.
Aizawa's P.O.V
I pride myself in the fact that I'm not easily impressed.
But.
Right now I am.
For the first time in this school's history, a kid did not hesitate to run into the fray.
Now he's got my attention.
He has shaggy green hair with matching eyes. A thin build, tired eyes, and a defensive posture despite his actions of offense.
He is wearing a black long sleeve shirt with matching jeans. A katana sheath is strapped to a brown belt around his waist.
The sword itself is in the boy's hand and has a hilt in the shape of a tiger with dragon wings. It's blade is a striking silver of what I assume to be sterling. A sturdy sterling.
A glint of silver crosses my vision as the boy maneuvers around an assault of lasers.
That's when I notice what appears to be a metal collar or choker around his neck.
Odd.
It seems out of place with the rest of his attire.
I look over to Yamada.
"He hasn't used his quirk." I supply, curiosity ebbing at me.
"Here, look at this." He says sliding the kid's forms towards me.
Name: Izuku Midoryia
Age: 14
Quirk: none, quirkless
I pause as a bit of pride fills me. The kid didn't let it stop him and was further proving the point about the exam I've been trying to prove for years.
I brush off the rest of the file in favor of watching said kid himself.
I'd regret it later.
Izuku's P.O.V
The practical flew by with not much interest.
Though, I did take down the Zero-pointer to save the idiotic girl.
That's when I felt it, an order.
Dammit, Dragon. I'm not even off the battlefield.
I grunt in pain and bend over to take a few breaths.
I'm hyper aware of the camera's located around the grounds and almost huff.
A soft mewing pulls me out of the beginnings of a panic attack. That's when I realize all of the staff has probably stopped watching.
Snow can't sit still anymore and decides to hop onto my shoulder.
He lets out deep calming purrs as I push through the agony.
Apparently I'm taking too long because a shock joins the already blinding pain.
I fall to my knees before wreching.
Snow coaxes me to stand and walk back home.
The walk is agonizing and when I get there I shoo off Snow.
I enter the building and wind up falling to my knees in front of him.
The order was simple and it still rings through my head like banshees.
Come to me.
I feel rough hands yank my hair causing my head to lift so I'm looking at Dragon.
He looks livid.
He drags me into the living room removing my shirt and katana along the way.
I freeze as I catch a glimpse of the leather whip in his hands.
I squirm as I see smoke start to emerge from his mouth. The only warning before his quirk is used.
Stop squirming.
My body subcomes to the order, too weak to fight.
The relief is brief as Dragon fires his quirk on the whip, lighting it on fire.
I let loose a pathetic whimper as the burning leather is brought against my back.
It doesn't take long before I pass out.
When I awake next, I'm in my alleyway.
My back is in agony.
I whine.
I feel Snow's large form resting beside me on one side and my katana the other.
The tiger licks me with his giant tongue as if trying to distract me from the pain.
And before I have the chance to even try to get them, Snow drops bandages in front of me.
"Thanks bud." I say in a pain filled voice as I sloppy bandage my marred back.
***Time Skip***
Two weeks passed by quickly.
I hold the now opened and watched letter in my hands. Disbelief fills me.
I passed, and not only that, but apparently got the highest score ever seen on the exam.
Simply put, I developed a new high score for the exam.
I go to cheer, but as I raise my arms, white hot agony courses through my back.
I whimper.
I don't think it's healing right and I'm pretty sure it's infected.
There is not doubt they're going to scar and join the older ones.
Snow chuffs in concern.
"I'll be alright, bud, I just need some sleep. It'd be great with some meds as well." I assure the tiger
Snow gives me a disbeliefing look before gently forcing me to lay back down on my stomach.
Exhaustion fills me as my body hits cold concrete and I can't help myself from closing my eyes in hope of rest.
The first day of school is tomorrow and I'm going to need it.
I can't help but let fear fill me at the thought of a room full of people.
Flashbacks from middle school fill my mind and poison it.
I can't help but wonder if Kacchan got in.
Who am I kidding, he definitely got in, it's just a matter of if we have the same class.
I hope not.
My body then falls into a restless slumber filled with nightmares.
