Taehyung sits alone in a small 80s diner, the same diner he and Jungkook went to on a regular basis, almost everyday at one point. The boy stares out the window, sitting in his usual spot except now, when he looks over Jungkook is not sitting in front of him. Taehyung smiles at the memories they made together, sadly looking at the spot Jungkook once sat. He remembers the way Jungkook would ramble on about the things that interest him, the spark that ignited in his eyes when he did so.
"Hey Taehyung, how are you?" Kai, Taehyung's usual waiter greets, smiling brightly at the gloomy boy. "Where's your boyfriend?" He asks, pointing at the empty spot in front of the boy.
Taehyung sighs sadly, "he moved away the other day," the boy lies, his heart still intent on protecting Jungkook's identity, unlike some of his friends. They think they should tell the police about Jungkook, to see if they could find who the girl is, so they could capture her.
Kai nods knowingly, "sorry about that, you two were really close. At least you'll stay in contact right?" He asks, trying to see a bright side to everything.
"Yeah, there'll just be a bit of time difference," Taehyung lies again, hoping Kai won't ask any further questions.
"Oh, he's moving countries? Where'd he move to?"
The boy internally screams, "London, he wants to learn English," Taehyung lies, "could I please just get the usual?" He orders, trying to change the subject. Kai nods, jotting the request into his notepad.

Jungkook stalks an unsuspecting deer through the tall grass, with hungry eyes. The beast is already fantasising about digging his pointed claws into the soft flesh, as the deer takes a bite of grass from the ground. The beast lurches forward, his powerful legs taking far, allowing him to tackle the deer to the ground in one swift movement. Sharp teeth tear into the soft flesh, ripping it apart. Jungkook gets carried away with himself, as he starts clawing into the deer's belly, making at mess of the animal's insides, spreading them around the forest floor.
"Didn't anyone ever tell you to not play with your food? Or was that part of human training, left out of your program?" A voice asks Jungkook, making the boy's head perk up. Over head, Haeun sits in a tree, jumping down to join Jungkook. "You're becoming more like an animal everyday," she comments, staring into the boy's unresponsive eyes.
"Is that a bad thing?" Jungkook questions raising and eyebrow. Haeun shakes her head slowly.
"I was in town today, and saw one of the little humans you protected," Haeun comments, earning a low growl from Jungkook. "Don't give me that, you were ready to lay down your life for them just last week. You were prepared to take on me, which is a dumb fucking move," she snaps.
Jungkook huffs turning away, "I can't seem to replicate the feelings I had before, it's like when they shut me out, I completely went cold. I only feel anger. When I remember things that used to make my heart race, only the thought of killing that person, comes to mind now."
Haeun tilts her head, "sounds like someone has a crush."
Jungkook turns back around, bearing his teeth, "had."

Hoseok pats Taehyung back, as the boy looks out at the forest from the small cabin. To get Taehyung's mind of everything, his friends all decided to take him for a holiday in the woods. Getting the little cabin was of course very easy, as no one wants to be out of touch when there are two massive killer beasts running around.
"I wonder if he's out there," Taehyung mumbles, looking at the vast number of browning trees.
Hoseok hums, "well he's got to be somewhere."
The younger looks up at the elder, "I wish I hadn't been so scared of him. He could be with us here, right now, if I hadn't lost my fucking mind and tried to move out of my dorm."
Hoseok gives Taehyung an empathetic look, "you weren't wrong in being afraid, Jungkook has been quite the sensation in the media, for all the wrong reasons. I mean, he revealed to you he isn't even human. It's okay to be scared."
Jimin steps outside, joining the two boys on the small porch, a warm mug of hot chocolate in his hands. "What are you two losers talking about?" Jimin jokingly asks. Taehyung sorrowfully looks up at Jimin, "I regret pushing Jungkook away," he finally admits. Jimin's face softens, giving pity to the boy.
Yoongi angrily steps out of the cabin, "why the fuck am I put in the 'bottoms' cabin?" He asks, huffing like a child.
Jimin snickers, "cause you're a bottom, or did you forget the nights you spent screaming for Seokjin to 'go harder daddy'?" He asks, chuckling to himself.
Yoongi grabs Jimin collar, pointing an accusing finger at the boy, "don't fucking bring that up, you little piece of shit," he snarls. Hoseok turns to Taehyung, letting out a small snicker. "I still dominate your little ass so sit down," Yoongi spits. Jimin pecks Yoongi's suddenly, taking the elder by surprise while simultaneously reducing him to a blushing mess.
Taehyung rolls his eyes, "I think a better question is why the cabins are broken up into top and bottom," the youngest points out.
"So people don't start fucking," Hoseok shrugs, his answer a complete guess.
Jimin sighs, shaking his head, "look go over to the 'tops' cabin, it's actually where you're allocated, Seokjin just wanted to play a joke on you."

Jungkook turns his nose up to the wind, sniffing the air for a fresh hunt. A new familiar scent has entered the forest, one that sparks a sort of nostalgia in Jungkook. Nights spent hunting the scent, throughout the streets of Seoul, ripping open the little human's bodies in cold blood.
Haeun takes a stand nearby Jungkook, "there are humans nearby, they are living in the cabins," she informs.
"Do we know who they are?" Jungkook asks, turning to face the girl.
She shakes her head, "probably just some hunters, these forests used to be prime place to go hunting but after we showed up, the forest has been abandoned. No one wants to be eaten in the middle of the woods."
The beast sighs, "so long as they do not come near us, we shall not bother them."
