Ten (Nico)

Levi and I get to the hospital and kiss before parting ways. I am the happiest I have ever been and it's all thanks to Levi. I smile and walk into the ER only to be met by around 15 crash victims from a car pile up. Shit.

"Dr Kim! I need all hands on deck you take Mrs Helen Rodriguez" ordered Webber, I nodded and ran over to Mrs Rodriguez "hello, ma'm I'm Dr Kim, I'm going to give you a check over and see how much damage is done here and then we'll see if you need surgery" I say, she looks over at me "call me Helen" she says in a choked voice, I nod "this is my fault" says Helen

"Helen, tell me what happened" I say. Always keep them talking. Always. "I was driving, taking my son Graham to college, he's 20 he decided finally he wanted to go to college and I took my eyes off the road for a split second, and not even to look at my phone, to look at Graham, to take him in before he leaves me for a while and I was so proud I was looking at him with admiration and after that split second I have to break really fast but I don't do it soon enough and I ram into the back of this guys car, his name I think is Jeremy, he was going to visit his husband I believe is what I was told by the passenger who was his daughter who I think is completely fine but I mean I don't know about Jeremy oh god I did this" replied Helen

"Ok, Helen, I'm sure everything is ok, I need you to calm down for me what we're gonna do is take you down to CT and get you an MRI to get more information" I say, Helen nods shakily. "Helm, can you take Mrs Rodriguez down to CT and MRI please?" I ask, Helm nods and rushes away. "I have a trauma, Jeremy Chadwick, multiple open wounds BP 70/50 broken leg head injury" says a paramedic rushing in with Jeremy and I think his daughter "please, Doctor is my dad gonna be ok?" Asked the girl. She was tall, I'd say around 16 she had long bling hair and piercing blue eyes.

"I'm gonna hell your dad I'm gonna try my best and see what I can do but can I just ask you for your name and age please?" I asked, the girl nodded and sighed "my name is Kiera-Leigh Chadwick-Brown, I'm 16 years old. Chadwick-Brown is a double barrel name like my first name" says Kiera-Leigh "ok, Keira-Leigh, I need you to sit in the waiting area while I tend to your dad" I say. Kiera-Leigh nods and walks away looking back every few moments to see her dad.

When I got to Jeremy he was awake and was unaware of all surroundings, he put his arm around my neck "Kai? Asked Jeremy, I shook my head and began to protest but Jeremy pulled me straight into a kiss, I tried to back out but for a moment I didn't, i gave in and kissed back and I have no clue why. What am I doing? What if Levi sees? Shit shit shit. I eventually pull away and I look over and see Levi, standing there, he looks at me and if looks could kill I'd be dead, he shakes his head and storms off

"Levi!" I call but he's long gone "I have this one Kim, you go help" says Hunt. I run off to find Levi. I find him in an on-call room "leave me alone" says Levi, I walk into the room and sit next to him "explain then" says Levi, i sigh

"The man has no clue where he is or what he's doing he thought I was his husband" I say "mmhmm and that explains why you didn't even try to pull away? Maybe I'm over thinking this but you gave into that kiss and it looked like you were chill with a patient who had no idea who you were or where they are kissing you" replied Levi "come on, Levi, you know I love you" I say, Levi shakes his head and chuckles sarcastically

"You know through all the shit you've put me through I'm beginning to question this 'love' that you have for me" retaliates Levi "Levi, you proposed to me and I said yes does that not scream love to you?" I ask "maybe it did at the time but let's think of everything else here, not short of two weeks ago, you said my life was made up of mistakes, we had an argument and you told me I was just gonna go through the shame spiral, you wouldn't let me explain my side of the story when I shushed you and now you're letting other guys kiss you? Does that scream love to you, Nico?" Asked Levi

I sigh "Levi, please" I beg, Levi shakes his head "please what, Nico?" Asks Levi "this isn't some game where you get a get out of jail free card continuously I'm not gonna keep giving you these second chances when you don't give them to me, I make one mistake and it's the end of the frickin world but you make several hurtful comments and I propose, this is not a one sided relationship, Nico and I'm sure as hell not taking all the blame for all this shit in this relationship because I'm known for my clumsiness, that's not how this is going to work and if you thought that was how it was gonna be then hand the ring back because you obviously don't know how to work a relationship either that or you don't really love me, you decide which one, or make it up to me, Nico" says Levi before walking away
