BONUS CHAPTER!

Today we go on our honeymoon to Funchal, Madeira and I still find it extraordinary that Nico and I are married.

We're at the airport with our suitcases and passports, sitting in a restaurant, eating breakfast "you excited?" Asks Nico, I smile and nod "I can't wait, this is the beginning of the rest of our lives. Sorry, babe, your stuck with me forever" I joke, he smirks "damn it!" He whines sarcastically, I just laugh. Soon enough we're boarding our flight and I grip Nico's hand "you nervous?" Asks Nico, as I close my eyes "I don't like take off and landing" I reply, he traces small circles on my hand and kisses my neck

"Well I'm right here" he whispers in my ear before nibbling on it. "Excuse me do you mind?" Asks a middle aged woman sat next to us "sorry?" I ask, rather confused "could you stop holding hands and kissing it's wrong" replies the woman "ma'am there's nothing wrong about my husband and I kissing" says Nico, the woman gives us a disgusted look

"Gay marriage is unnatural" states the woman, turning her nose up at us "so it's heterosexual marriage" I state and she frowns "how so?" Asks the woman, seemingly intrigued by my statement "well you don't see any other mammals getting married do you? Elephants, Lions they don't get married they mate with each other and that's that. Penguins can't even identify the difference between genders so therefore heterosexuality also isn't natural" I reply

"But the lord intended for us to be straight" says the woman, I offer her a dry laugh "first of all, if god created us why did he make us gay? And secondly, ma'am I personally don't give a shit" I reply, the woman looks rather shocked "god didn't make you gay, that's your choice, you've made a choice in which you will regret when it goes out of fashion" says the woman, I scoff "sorry? Didn't realize homosexuality was a fashion style. It's not going out of fashion it's staying put actually. Also homosexuality has been around for years, I mean there are even theories that Jesus is gay" I say

"Never would the son of the lord be gay" replies the woman "I'm not a fan of this" adds the woman "no one asked for your opinion, if you don't like it, leave, we didn't want you to sit here, we didn't ask for your homophobia in fact we haven't hurt you in any way we're in love and you have an issue with it. How would you like it if you were kissing your husband and I came over and told you it was disgusting and wrong?" says Nico

"Heterosexuality is perfectly normal, what you are is wrong" replies the woman, to prove a point Nico cups my face in his hands and songs me "oh! Stewardess! Could I please move seats I can't stand this...immoral activity" says the woman, the lady behind us stands up "I'll happily sit there, I'm a decent person who doesn't have an issue" says the woman. The middle aged hag walks to the row behind us and swaps seats with a younger model

"I'm Lisa, sorry you had to go through that" says Lisa, I smile at her and so does Nico "oh it's fine. Thank you for not being disgusted by us" I reply, she smiles and waves us off "you two are adorable, what has you flying to Funchal?" Asks Lisa "we decided to go to Funchal for our honey moon" replies Nico

"That's adorable, my wife and I live in Funchal but I had to go to Seattle for business" says Lisa. We smile and nod.

Eventually we arrive in Funchal and it's absolutely beautiful. We check into the hotel and head up to our room to put our stuff away "what do you wanna do?" I ask Nico as we put the last of our stuff away "let's go for a stroll on the beach" says Nico, walking over to me and kissing me, I smile on his lips "I think that's romantic" I reply.

The beach on Funchal that we're on is beautiful. I've never seen somewhere so peaceful and amazing to look at. Nico and I walk hand in hand along the like where the sand and see meet. A smile creeps onto my face as I have an idea. I kick water at Nico, he laughs "oh you wanna play that game do you?" Asks Nico, a wide smile on his face

He bends down and splashes water at me with his hands, I run down the coastline and he runs after me, I occasionally stop to splash him and he splashes me back as we run and I can't help but feel all my worries gone. Eventually I slow down and Nico wraps his arms around me and twirls me around, kissing my neck "I love you" says Nico, I turn to face him and I kiss his lips "I love you too" I reply

"One day, we're gonna have kids and we're gonna take those kids here and we can chase them along the beach whilst splashing each other and giggling. I want to have a family with you, Levi. Our house is always gonna be full of laughter, we're gonna be those parents, the cool laid back ones that take the kids out every weekend and continuously make them laugh. I want our kids to be so happy they almost explode" says Nico as we continue walking hand in hand

"Nico that sounds...perfect" I say breathlessly as I take in the beautiful scenery and as I imagine our family, our kids "how many kids?" I ask him, he thinks for a moment "two, maybe three" replies Nico, I smile and nod "perfect" I reply "and a dog" I say, he seems a bit wary of it "Nico we have to have a dog!" I exclaim he chuckles and shakes his head "anything for you mi Amor" says Nico as he dips me and kisses me, I smile on his lips and kiss him back.

Hello there my lovelies!

So it's been over a year since I uploaded the first chapter of this book and so in celebration of Schmico being over a year old (it turned 1 year on 3rd of May but I completely forgot to write the bonus chapter) and in celebration of 14k here's a bonus chapter peeps xx
