Life in Australia was tough.

You family started from scratch, and you also worked to help your dad but also to keep your mind off things, off him.

You missed him every day and whenever you did you found yourself looking up to the sky, touching the bracelet.

You promised yourself to limit the times you think of him, but you are finding it extremely difficult.

The wound was so fresh, you were only fourteen and so much has happened.

A year passed and you were getting better, you soon made new friends, had some crushes, but no one was able to make you feel the way that Hanbin was able to.

You tried to distant yourself from KPOP.

it is funny. You miss him. But you don't want to touch anything that reminds you of him. You hated this. Because it hurts. It hurts so much that one time your friend showed you clip with iKON in it and you felt every extremities of your body numbing, you found it hard to breathe.

You wanted to end this pain。 But not even distance nor time can numb away the pain. You even thought about throwing away the bracelet, but you couldn't bring yourself to do it.

At the end of each day you always remain back to square one.

Fast forward a few years and you finished high school, you are offically an adult and you wanted to visit back your hometown, the place you grew up in. Seoul, Korea.

After a few arguments and heated discussions with your parents, you finally persuaded them that you wanted to start your career in Korea. You applied for a medical course in Seoul university, and after a few months of waiting, you got accepted.

Your close friend once asked you why you wanted to go back to Korea, "because isn't that the place where you buried all your feelings and pain?"

You answered,

" yes, exactly 'I buried it' and guess what?! every single day from the day I left Korea those memories, pain, longing came back to haunt me.

I need to go back there and set things straight I need to face my demons. If I want to feel no more pain I need to confront it and tackle it. "

Your friend looked at you with awe. She wished you good luck and you took it because deep down you were not sure if you were able to handle the surge of pain and memories that Korea will bring to you.

You hopped on a plane and finally arrived at Korea. Things were rough at first. You haven't spoken Korean for five years, but soon you picked it up again and you made new friends. You were doing good at your university. Your grades were good. Every weekend you would call your mum and you would spend hours talking to each other.

At first you didn't really feel homesick, but soon when the fun and exhilarating emotions of being independent disappeared, you missed home... Alot

You took a part time job working at a few places. One at a pharmacy and one in a cafe but soon you got tired and quit. You wanted to do something more exciting so you applied for a job at a themes park and since then you have been working there.

And now you have one more year of university.

You just turned 25 (Koreans age)

Things were getting a bit more stressful, more assignments, more deadlines, more competition among your peers.

The stress was truly taking a toll on you. You couldn't think straight, your migraine is worsening by the minute, you decided to leave your dorm and take a stroll around Seoul.

You thought going to the city would clear your migraine but it only made it worse . The people, the cars, it was too much, you decided to hit the small streets.

"Ahh much better,"

You then spotted a park nearby and you decided to go there.

As you walked across the oval, there was something eerie about it.

'Have I been here before?'

A million of scenes flashed through your mind.

It was your favourite place. It was a place where Hanbin and you would play for hours.

Before you let a mental breakdown come upon you, you quickly discarded your thoughts.

Children and your parents were playing on the playground. Somehow they didn't irritate you, the giggling and laughter actually made the atmosphere more light hearted and somewhat peaceful. You decided to take some time to relive some childhood memories. You went to a swing and sat on it.

You swayed back and forth back and forth. When you went to the highest you could ever reach, you didn't sway anymore. You just closed your eyes and let gravity take you back down.

As you slowly drifted down, you closed your eyes. You let the breeze as it took your face and hair to take away your stress.

Minutes passed and soon you foot finally found its place on the ground.

You took a deep breath. It's time to go back to study. As you walked across, onto the street there was a towering building in front of you. As you looked up, you saw the writing

YG ENTERTAINMENT

For a moment you couldn't move your feet. You stood there, looking, thinking.

Without thinking you whispered his name. How weird it felt to say his name. You walked to the front door. As you gazed across the window you saw the numerous billboards of YG artists.

There he was. Swag, confidence, charisma exuding from his face, his stance. You let yourself wander and let your eyes take everything in.

After minutes of gazing, admiring Hanbin's face. It was time to return back to reality.

' It has been more than three years, and I still haven't crossed paths with him.... What are the chances I will now, close to zero..'

You walked back to your dorm and that night was a sleepless one. You got up and looked up to the sky.

"When will Hanbin and my fate intertwine? Will I ever get a chance to see him? I don't want to actively search for him because I am scared. I saw the way he smiled at Lee Hi.... What if he has already forgotten about me? "

You sighed。The stars above twinkled as you slowly drifted into sleep.
