Darling In The Franxx Never Turning Back

Confrontation

It was the next day, and all of the kids were getting ready for Franxx testing. Sina was getting his suit on when he overheard Goro talking to Hiro

"I still can't believe you took down that klaxosaur, what was it like", Goro asked.

"Honestly, I don't remember much about it, only the way that it felt", Hiro said. 

Goro then took off his shirt and put it inside his locker.

"I see, well anyways I'm glad that you decided to stay with us. Maybe you perform better under pressure. You sure got me beat" Goro said slightly shoving Hiro.

Then a boy shoved Hiro, "Out of my way" he said. It was Zorome, "I don't believe for a single millisecond that you managed to pilot a franxx before the rest of us", he said walking  forward before turning around."A wuss like you, come on!", he said storming off.

"That big mouth of yours will get you in trouble", Sina whispered to himself.

Elsewhere In the Girls.............

"Hugh", Miku was struggling to put her panties on, "why do they make these so tight", she said finally putting it on.

"Connecting feels so strange, I hope we get used to it soon, its nothing like the training units felt", Kokoro said removing her bra.

Miku wanted to surprise Kokoro so she sneaked up on her and started tickling her stomach.

"But no amount of training will prepare you for this sensation these bugs steering you from the inside", she teased. Kokoro and Miku were laughing and playing around with each other.

"Huh, girls what are you doing", Ikuno asked.

They all headed to where Naomi and Ichigo were, they were inside some sort of machine. This machine made an element suit appear from the particles that it shot out, these particles are then formed or shaped into a piloting suit for the parasites.

"Is it rough for you, about connecting I mean", Ikuno asked Ichigo.

"I thought it felt weird, but..... I don't know. Personally, the whole connecting thing put me at ease, like I've become one with another", Ichigo said, she just wished that she could feel that with Sina instead of Goro.

Everyone except Naomi was confused about what she had said.

"I know what you mean Ichigo, I felt the same when I connected with Sina. Every time he and I connect, it feels as if he is hugging me and telling me that we are together as one", Noami said, while she also hugged herself.

Miku, Ikuno, and Ichigo were all staring at the blushing Naomi with a death glare.

Miku then changed the subject of Sina, "Speaking of connecting, Hiro out of nowhere, shows up with a girl and after one ride...she calls him darling". Everyone remembers the incident and they all giggle.

Time Skip.......At the Franxx garage..........

Everyone was inside their Franxx and getting ready to pilot once again. Then a familiar voice spoke on the com.

"I'll lead your strategic objectives, but all decisions on the field will be lead by the lead franxx,  Colossal and Delphinium", Hachi stated.

Miku was getting in position and said, "What did Ichigo ever do to become a leader. I get Sina, but not her".

Everyone else was ready, and they signaled to commence the training for them.

"Now we'll begin the drill, this will be your first one in a real franxx so relax and stay calm. As long as you trust your partner and follow their movements, you'll be fine. Commence connecting!", Hachi ordered.
