Fear's Poison

"Bye-bye." Dream waved to his brother. Stone arose on his form and he giggled quietly. Nightmare watched in horror as his family turned to stone. 

"No, no, NO!" he ran and tried to catch his brother, but it suddenly became pitch black and his brother fell into abyss. Ribbons fluttered and he tried to catch one of them.

He missed. 

A girl stood in front of him. She giggled and asked him: "Are you ok?" 

"Y-yeah, Cat." he sighed. He carefully walked to her. She was suddenly strangled by a long, black tentacle. 

"NO! LYNX!" 

"Marey... I forgive you." She was thrown off the cliff, the meeting point they had ever since they met. 

"I'm sorry... I can't control him..." He shivered and the cyan eye watched him. He wasn't able to save her either. 

"Woah man! Stop strangling!" Cross groaned. He froze in spot. The tentacles wrapped his neck. Nightmare felt his fear increase and he was in position where nothing else controlled the fear. 

"I told you you were useless."

"I'm sorry..." he cried.

"Please save me..."
