okay so in this chapter we met kyle who is layla & tj's older brother who moved away bc him & their mom don't get along & he was struggling with adiction. idk if that'll ever be brought up so i just wanted to say that here.

also the reason why @ first layla doesn't want him home is bc she's a little salty & she doesn't want to seem needy but she does genuinely love & miss her brother :)
