Wherever you are, whenever you read this, day or night, go outside and look up.
Don't look anywhere but up.
Look at the sky.
Focus on it.
If you see stars, pay attention. They dance before you as a means to entertain you and help you escape the daunting world. As long as you watch the stars dance, you have an escape.
If you see rain clouds, accept the calm as it comes both before and after the storm. Remember also that it can't rain all the time, so apply the storm to any hardships in your life and realize: this too, shall pass.
If you see a clear sky, bask in the unadulterated calm for a moment, and remember the clear sky as you return to the chaos of the world.
No matter where you are, no matter what you're going through, don't forget the most crucial task...
Look up.
